After reading some questionable reviews, we were quite worried. However, the service and quality of the rooms was impeccable. The bed was clean and definetly bug free, the cleaner came daily, the water was hot in the bathroom and the shower was a power shower. The room was clean and well kept, the staff at reception were helpful and the street outside was very quiet. I would definetly recommend this hotel to other travellers as it's location and high standrds were exemplary.
Bed bug infestation in multiple rooms

We chose this location due to the proximity to the Eiffel Tower. It ended up being a nightmare of a trip. We were eating breakfast the second morning and we saw bed bugs crawling on the sheets we slept in. We reported this immediately to the staff, they did not seem surprised and all they did was give us a key to another room. There were protests the weekend we stayed in Paris so there were not many options for us to leave the hotel for another one due to the lack of transportation. So we stayed in the other room that they gave us. The next morning, we found bed bugs crawling on our sheets again. We were so disgusted, this was the first time we've actually seen bed bugs right before our eyes. Once again we reported this to the front desk, and all they said was to email management. We have not received a response from management to this day, it has been 3 weeks. We got Bookings.com involved and after sending them pictures and videos, they offered a 15% credit to our stay. This is unacceptable and we are very displeased with the customer service. The bed bug issue really caused a lot of stress in our trip, as we had to worry about not bringing the bed bugs into our home when we got back. We found at least 20 bed bug bites on our necks, feet, hands, and thighs.

Worst experience I've ever had

I was travelling with my young son so I needed a larger room with basic amenities such as a fridge and kitchenette. This would also help us save money as we wouldn't have to eat out for every meal. Which in Paris - is expensive! But, the room description on the website (Executive Double) did not match what we actually got (A classic room). When I enquired about the room not being right, he showed me the right room which had broken windows which couldn't be locked. But the pictures online were a mix of the classic and the executive - so it was the definition of misleading. So we couldn't even change rooms even if I wanted to, and he yelled at me saying he didn't have time to help me as guests were arriving. Would they refund me the difference? No. I'm still fighting with them and Expedia for a refund. This place is a total joke.
Comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff, especially Shahid, was wonderful. The location was perfect, next to metro line 6, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, ham, boiled eggs, crossiants, cheese, jam and terrific coffee. At 8€ it was more economical and served from 7am to 10am. If you are looking for clean and comfortable this is it.
