Nothing beats the view!
The only reason I won't rate it as a 5 stars is because nobody care to respond about my forgotten Steelers Jacket and a ball I had just bought at the PSG Stadium. I called and email asking to keep those items for a friend to pick up and they just ignored me... Anyway, the reception people were always friendly and did not complain or made faces because I spoke English. Rooms are well decorated and roomy for the price, as well as the bathroom. Actually, my wife asked to exchange rooms the next day, since my reservation was for a shared bathroom, but only the very picky folks would not want to stay in those since those facilities are very nice and clean. There is no breakfast, only vending machines. However, there are grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries nearby. In fact, the hotel sits in a nice residential area, well served by tram system, subway and buses. One particular "attraction" I found very interesting is that the rooms on the back side face a small, quiet cemetery. My wife thought I did it on purpose because I tend to like to visit cemeteries and churches when I travel, but I swear it was just a (nice) coincidence in this case. It was still dark when I woke up in my first night and saw an old lady walking through the alleys in between the graves. I never told my wife, so readers will be the first to know. Nice stay there!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Lousy service, I really don't recommend it! In a pandemic season, what is the world waiting for? EMPATHY! This is what I expected from this hotel! We made reservations at this hotel and paid for the daily rates in February and soon after the world was quarantined! The hotel simply did not give us any assistance, let alone answer us! We lost money right away in this crisis! We did not want the refund, but the rescheduling for December! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Good Hotel fits your budget
I recommend this cozy Hotel if you are planing to visit Paris and dont want to pay to much money , they provide a good croissant. The Room was small but Ok for two people , no drawer and but you can hang your staff in the wall. Bathroom was to small so be prepared
Reasonable Price - Good For Families
We were 4 people who stayed here for a night (22-23 Nov-2019) after a busy day in Paris. Hotel has no parking for the customers, however next door parking facility offers 40% discount for the customers. For this please make sure you get the discount before checking out from the hotel. We got 2 rooms that were connected together via an opening (missing door). The walls were amazing because of various art works. The price was very reasonable. Although it's not in centre of Paris, slightly in outer rings, but still it can be regarded in middle rings of the city. They are able to provide you the access to the microwave oven upon request.
Terrible place!!!
Excessively rude, disrespectful on towards their clients. Treat you as just another number, cattle class. The hotel itself is a disaster, sleepless nights, noise 24 hours a day. Hard beds, communal toilets which means sharing a bathroom with dirty strangers. No ways in hell will I ever stay in this hotel again. Accor group should be ashamed of having this brand associated to their name. I'm a global traveler using Accor hotels wherever I go and this one topped this list of hotels never to stay in again.
