The Remede spa at St. Regis was exceptional. Amenities in the spa, the relaxing atmosphere and a splendid therapist made for a great relaxing afternoon. I didn't stay at the hotel just visited the spa. Spa was 5 starts, I ate at the bar after and the food was only so-so. Burger was not worth the price but the view was stunning and eating out on the out door patio was nice. Setting is beautiful but food only ok.
Another amazing stay, expectations exceeded (as always)

We decided to return to the St. Regis again this summer. We traditionally spend the summer in Canada but with the border closed we needed a plan ‘b’. We spent 7 weeks here last summer during July-October. We basked in everything St. Regis, so when we needed a certain plan this summer it was a simple and obvious choice to return here. This is our 7th trip here and we’ve come in both summer and winter. The property sits on an idyllic spot in Deer Valley next to Snow Creek base with easy access to Park City (by foot if you want) and its most appealing feature in winter is the perfect ski-in/ski-out hotel at our favorite US ski destination bar none. During summer, you walk out of the hotel and can have wonderful hiking right at your door, which we took advantage of almost daily
I continue to be amazed how well this property is maintained. It seems ageless. The hotel has been refreshed during this period although we never could point to anything in particular feeling worn.
But what I appreciate most about the St. Regis Deer Valley is its staff and the lengths they go to welcome us back and make each stay ‘exquisite’. I always think my last stay was perfection and then they manage to exceed my expectations.
Let’s start with our horrendous day of travel interruptions that put us in the hotel at 4am. I was surprised to be greeted by Matt (part of the hotel's management team) who told me he had just been evacuated from his home due to a wildfire but here he was at 4am checking us in. Then the computers went down and without missing a beat got us into our room and we were checked-in the next day. He was as attentive as if it were 4pm on a typical day. Checking us in the next day was Savina the front office manager, another standout employee at the hotel who immediately recognized us and greeted us with the warmth you expect when you see family. Then we crossed paths with Augustina who warmly welcomed us as well. We will miss Chelsey the rooms manager who made sure everyone took good care of us even though no longer at the St. Regis and then Chloe, her replacement, came to introduce herself. Very professional, charming and warm.
Next, we were greeted by Ben, the longtime concierge (Les Clefs d’Or now) who stays in touch with us throughout the year and makes sure every detail is attended to with the utmost professionalism you’d expect from a St. Regis concierge, yet with a warmth and personal touch I can’t begin to detail for you.
The story goes on and on, whether its Dino in Rime, Tyler in the St. Regis Brasserie 7452 or Jojit the valet who excitedly greeted us and remembered us from a year ago! Admittedly when you’ve visited a hotel 7 times some people are bound to remember you, however from our first visit we have been treated ‘exquisitely’ as their brand tag line says, ‘live exquisitely’ and we have.
If you want a summer or winter vacation you will always remember, I’d highly recommend the St. Regis. In Deer Valley you do have choices in high-end accommodations. The St. Regis is well worth your trust that you will have an experience as we had, have, and are going to have (we return in March 2022).

Savina at the front desk was so helpful and fulfilled all of our requests for our anniversary! We had such a pleasant time at the St Regis and love the fact that they’re dog friendly. The whole property has so much to offer and we definitely recommend staying here!

We just returned from a 6 day stay at The St Regis. The hotel was amazing overall. The staff was so freindly and responsive, expecially Spencer in Transportation. We got an upgrade to a suite and the room and the views were fabulous. Weloved hte breakfast overlooking the mountain each morning and the hiking trails on the proptery were great.
My only complaint was the funicular. We rented a jeep so we had to take the funicular to and from the car parking lot every time we left the hotel. One of the two funiculars was broken. We had to wait each time we used it and it was always crowded and 1000 degrees. It was not very covid friendly. We were wondering if there is a better solution since that was really the only thing I would change. Maybe the hotel could build a staircase or an outside escalator so there is another option?

We stayed here for a week in July for a summer vacation. The staff was welcoming, the hotel is exquisite and surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. I found the room and bathroom spacious and clean with ample towels and turn-down service each night. There are 2 restaurants on the property which are average and overpriced but the hotel offers a free shuttle to main-street Park City and there are a plethora of restaurants there to choose. We enjoyed the pool, hiking on the grounds and the fire pits with free smores at night. If you want luxury in Deer Valley, this is the place. I hope you return again soon! Thank you St. Regis for a great week. Deer Valley is a beautiful place with many activities to enjoy in the summer. We went hiking, white water rafting, horseback riding, and more.
