Stayed overnight here while waiting for my local flight home. Room was quite spacious although decor looks tired. Room smelled musty and carpets looks dirty/stained, however beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and nicely pressed. Big walk-in shower with basic toiletries provided. Location was very closed to the airport and MOA. Breakfast was at Kenny Rogers right infront of the hotel (did not fancy the choices there) Staff though were very nice and helpful.

Better quality hotel in Pasay

Stayed in 88 Courtyard for 4 days during a recent trip to the Philippines. Room was comfortable, with good aircon and a reasonably sized bathroom. Beds were comfortable, if a bit hard. Hotel has a small bar/cafe that serves good quality, though a bit expensive, Filipino dishes. The free breakfast consisted of a voucher for guests to use at the next door Kenny Rogers Roasters restaurant. The area is safe, though there is a nearby jeepney terminal that generates lots of foot traffic. A good value for the price, and I'd stay there again.

It was an average hotel for me. I stayed here because it was very near the airport. They offer pick up and drop off at the airport if you need one, just arrange in advance. If you prefer to call a taxi, you can always ask help at the desk. Staff are very helpful.

I attended a convention at SMX convention center last December so I needed to book a place nearby. My room reservations were cancelled so I walked in at 88 courtyard and asked them for any available room. Luckily, the staffs were very accommodating and prepared my room quickly. I was able to attend my scheduled meetings on time and hassle free. Kudos to 88 courtyard!

Peaceful Stay

As i enter the hotel all i can say is "woah" because the lobby is so wonderful and very clean. As we sat and wait at the lounge, staffs give us welcome drinks. The staffs were all welcoming and the smile in their faces never fade. The rooms were clean and enough for us to have a comfortable stay, the service is excellent. Staying here is worth the price, wanted to recommend this to my friends and family and i've been thinking of coming back soon.
