Wonderful experience and friendly staff
I spent almost 2months staying here for business. And i must say everything is perfect/excellent. Good services from security staff , frontdesk staff, f&b staff everything. For my room its clean and comfortable. The place is good for photoshoot as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others to have business trip or staycation and also great for family gatherings.
WORST ZEN ROOM!!! DONT YOU DARE BOOK HERE
If this hotel has 0 ratings I will choose it. I booked a room to Selah Garden Hotel June 13 (stellar room), Me and my friends arrived with a dirty room, called front desk and even the housekeeping multiple times to clean the room and I even went to the front desk to let them know what kind of mess we got into. They were asking for a corkage for in cans of beers and. And even food delivery services, reason is because they have restaurant inside. Its not even included in the contract. When I asked the front desk, she keeps on saying “May corkage fee po” We arrived with a dirty linens, dirty room and they asked me to pay for a bottle we arrived in broke, Im not paying 500 for a craked bottle. NEVER EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. WORST!!!!
Horrendous
It took us an hour to check in and the rooms very basic. Air con had not been serviced and just blew smelly warm air on you. Only good point was the air con was so loud it blocked out the constant noise of people walking up and down the corridor. Natural alarm cock though with the roosters from 0300 am until the sun rises.....
Selah is decent
I have just encountered Selah Garden Hotel and enjoyed its services personally. I have excellent service from its people, although the place is a little spartan for stylised hotel. I was unlucky enough that a debut is going on while I stay for a night in this hotel. It was so loud and distracting. Nonetheless, the room is clean and decent and is worthy for a night sleep.
Restaurant:(
We ate at the restaurant in the ground floor. The food was terrible. We mentioned it to the waiter and he just smiled. We can see the cook from where we were and he was just having a good time chatting with the staff. We ordered lechon kawali. It had no crackling and it was very tough.
