Poor service and amenities

This is the worst hotel ever! Arranged by our tour agent OPTI Travel which is also poor in communicating things. This hotel Century Gardens Hotel has poor service, people and manager not apologetic for endorsing the rooms with untidy untidy floors. Beds are made of stone like a tomb, with very cheap beddings. No water system on the day of check-out when it's only 5am... no info given. How did this standard passed? Please consider showing the photos so peaple and other guests would know. Thank you
Secluded and Basic

Pros: Secluded, far from from towns therefore quiet and peaceful at night. Location is perfect for people who would like to explore Iloscos Norte. Staff are very accommodating. Most important is the price. Cons: Far from towns and any shops. Beds are basic and hard.

I'll give the hotel's overall geographic location a 5-star, because, yes, it is within the boundary of Paoay, and Pagudpud on the other side. However, I didn't enjoy their "free breakfast" It sucks, I swear, if you are planning to stay here, make sure you have a food in your pocket, (just don't tell them, because it's prohibited, but what can you do? Their breakfast hotdog was just the size of my finger) You also have to pay for a coffee, Nescafe 3-in-1 is 25 pesos each. For the room, they do not have a TV, a closet, a phone, and the wi-fi connection is not good.
The most chilled hotel in the North.

We are able to stay on this hotel as it was part of our travel package that we got. The atmosphere of the place is calm which is good to chill. The ro is fine and clean as well as the comfort rooms. They also have swimming pool to chillax. Its a perfert for a good night sleep since it does not have television and wifi per room (though wifi is available at the restaurant). Only suggestions are that they need a good supply of water dispenser dor the guest. For future guest, here are the following things that you need to bring: - please ensure that you have sufficient supply of foods and water as convinient stores were too far away from this hotel. Hotel have their own but prices were more expensive than you can get from the groceries. - if you can bought something for dinner like one piece whole roast chicken (lechon) as foods at the hotel are also expensive. Overall, its a good place to stay at Ilocos Norte especially if guest wanted to get more time for sleep or just chilling with cpmpanions.
Very accommodating staff. :)

Relaxing place and very accommodating staff, specially Kuya Oscar, he cooks the best Ilocano dishes like dinendeng, igado, and pinakbet. The pool’s ambiance is also great. And breakfast is also affordable.
