Nice place and close to everything If you want to go to Bangla road it just takes a few minuits to walk .. Room is clean and staff is very friendly Beach is not far away (walk) and you have ATM "next door" If you want to eat breakfast/dinner it's just outside the door When you stay here you don't have to miss anything ...everything is soo closr Next time I go to Patong I will for shure stay here again

Nice location, Small room on 5th Floor without lift

The hotel is nicely located about 800 meters from the Patong Beach. The market is nearby also. I had booked a basic room, economical one yes. However, it was not mentioned at the website that the room is located on 5th floor of the hotel and hotel is without lift. Being 58 years I found it challenging. Hotel should have mentioned this also at the booking page so that guest is aware before booking. There were some maintenance issues too which were though corrected on complaints. The experience was not very encouraging for me.

the delux room is big and clean... big kingsice bed in the room god rate lockation is okay. around 7 min walk from beeatch. good thai and western food in the restaurant. the hotel have a elevator,....

Rooms were nice and big, bathrooms were clean! Aircon worked perfect. Staff were really friendly. Nice bar/cafe right next to reception, we had breakfast here every morning! The hotel provides a laundry service, it was really fast and cheap. Oil was the lady that checked us in, she was lovely 😁 I will stay in this Hotel again the next time I am in Patong.

Stay for 11 days and would recommend it,staff were friendly and helpful the rooms cleaned everyday,10 minutes walk from Bangla rd and 5 minutes from the beach motorbike taxi available at the bottom of the road.
