Near to local services as cheap restaurant, massages, Malin Plaza streetfood market and 300 mt from Patong Beach and nightlife in Bangla Road.. and Alessandro, the management, is really kind, provide you beers for happy hour time in his wonderful terrace with a view, always available for any suggestion and direction... feels like home! I could not ask for anything better for my staying than this cozy Hotel!!!! Thank you Alessandro!

Can be kinda hard to find as it's above a shop & not recommended for travellers with big luggages. Higher floor with better view but more stairs to climb as this place is without any lift. However the host is excellent & friendly.

Arrived late to find a steep set of approximately 15 stairs to drag my case up. Reception was initially empty apart from a scared looking cat. The reason for the scared looking cat quickly became apparent as there were 3 LARGE rats running around the food service area. Not the best of first impressions. Anyway the owner didn’t seem concerned and after check in escorted us up a further 3 flights of stairs to our 2 rooms. These although they looked more or less like the pictures stunk of a mixture of ammonia and mould. Despite having paid for 2 rooms for 9 nights, it being around 10pm and after 28 hours of travelling we left almost immediately without asking for a refund to find accommodation that wasn’t going to make us unwell.

We went here in 2016,the staff go out of their way to help.A basic hotel but keep very clean and as their was 5 people in our family they made sure our teenage childrens room was right next to ours. It is walking distance to all the shops and bars so it is a good location. Would stay here again if we were to visit Phuket again.

Very nice place and very good staff, great ambience, good vibes, best location. Felt great after meeting the owner of the place.. very sweet and helpfull...definately a place for people to stay with family and friends
