Stayed there many times over the past 10 years. Had another fabulous 4 week stay this time. Best mid range hotel in Pattaya and staff are the very best, always on hand for you. Just learned that the hotel has been sold and will go through extensive referb this winter. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and see you all soon. Simon and Mel Nelson. 806.

The staff were very nice, my room with a large balcony was comfortable and well equipped (if a little worn). I slept well, no issues. Lacking a little in facilities (small pool) and the hallway carpets need to be replaced.

It’s 25 years since we first stayed at the Bay Breeze, and not a lot has changed, and that is a compliment. Rooms are comfortable with big cosy beds and efficient air con. Breakfast was excellent and the jewel in the Crown is the staff, led by the ever present Khun P’yao, the general manager for as long as we have been staying. Staff bend over backwards to help you and treat you like old friends. Finally, in a sea of 1000s of Pattaya hotels, you can rely on the Bay Breeze for a consistently highly satisfactory stay at a reasonable price- as I have said over 25 years, they have a great track record.

For a reasonable rate the room was really good. Hot water (not always available in budget hotels) all the time. Double glazing was good on the 4th floor overlooking SoI 11, no noise at night, quiet A/C. Rooms serviced each day and high quality service also. Nice pool 1/2 shaded, showers and toilets and a supply of clean towels available. Hotel is situated conveniently for shops, night life, restaurants and a 4 minute walk to the beach. We will stay here again later this year and can recommend it to anyone. Staff are efficient and pleasant! Thank you we really enjoyed our stay with you.

i visited the place last year, and i stayed 10 night, the hotel in good location and near every attractions, in my view the staff behind the reception need more training and knowledge about their guest, the bus come to pick me up on my return to UK, surprise they told the driver my name not on their guest hotel list, i made all the call for the driver to come back and pick me up, i send email to the managements without any reply,
