Modern, clean, guest friendly hotel in a great location

I was very happy with my stay, there are a few things to improve to get a 5 rating instead of 4: 1. The room refresh happens very late in the day - I was forced to re-use damp towels for my shower 2. The laundry prices are frankly, silly. When I can walk out of the hotel and get 40-50 baht per kilo, to pay that per item is madness. 3. There are some minor issues with the room that are irritating, the shower pressure varies, the sink doesn't empty. 4. Make the massage prices more competitive and I would use it daily - I walked past the massage room and it was always empty - why would I pay double when outside the hotel is perfectly good massage at 200 baht? Having said all of that, next time I'm in Pattaya I will stay here, the rooms are great and very competitively priced, and the location is good. Plus if you're single, the hotel is guest friendly. One downside is that the local bike taxi drivers on the soi outside the hotel won't let you use grab or bolt bike taxis - they surround the bike as you get on and intimidate them into cancelling the ride. You have to walk up to the main road if you want to avoid this.

Had lovely stay here. Rooms good size, bed extremely comfy with 4 pillows and balcony, the bathroom was very big great shower. Good size tv and safe. Definitely stay her again and would highly recommend. Pool was good size and had restaurant to eat. I did not have breakfast so can't comment. Hotel was very clean had lots seating down stairs.. location to soi bakhoe and tree town 1 minute walk. Only negative..reception staff was nit very walm welcoming and I had problem where my gf and to check in as I had booked an extra night separately. Then they made her check out until I arrived next day. Also when people got drinks around the pool they hardly ever came collected empty bottles until later on in the day. Also they probably make more money if they had staff coming around asking if u wanted any food and drinks.

Excelent hotel with the best services and staff. Nice, clean and friendly. Everything was OK. We want to go back and be in hotel longer. Location is near for every night life. We are sad nie that we had to go Home.

Stayed here 9 days. Located in central Pattaya. 2 mins walk to soi Buakhao, lots bars,restaurants, cafes etc few mins away. Nice pool. Good variety for breakfast. Comfortable beds, good size bathroom, separate toilet and shower. Good strong water pressure rain head type. Reception staff friendly helpful. Will definitely stay again
