Excellent value Hotel
Hotel:- Well situated in Central Pattaya. Plenty of parking spaces. Coffee shop(40bht/coffee). Free Wi-Fi. Elevator. Each floor has its own security door. Very friendly management and staff. 24hr security.Very clean and quiet hotel. Laundry and Family Mart within 50mtrs of hotel. Room:- Spacious. Multichannel large flat screen TV. DVD. Microwave. Double ring cooker with hood. Electric Kettle. Cutlery and crockery. Large fridge. AC. Balcony. Dining table/chairs. Sofa. Spacious wardrobe and numerous shelves. Safe. King Bed and bedside light. Full length mirror. Smoke/fire alarm. Serviced daily with free tea/coffee/shampoo/body wash and bottled water. I recommend this hotel. I've been to a few, but this is the best value.
Decent but could be better
We had mixed feelings about this hotel. Although the staff was very kind and helpful , the establishment could use some work. The first night they put us in a room with a faulty toilet. They came to the room with a plunger at night to try to fix it, however that did not work. The pillow sheet slipped off of the pillow and there were very large dark stains on the pillow which we didn't report because we figured they were aware of it since they looked aged. In the morning when we reported the toilet issue wasn't resolved, they kindly moved us to another room. This room was clean, although we had no urge to check the pillows because I was disgusted from the first room. The room itself was clean and everything worked well. It had a microwave, some plates and silverware as well as a fridge, which was a plus. The cleaning crew was also kind enough to come clean the room at a later time throughout my stay after we tipped them the first morning. The room itself was noisy because it was windy and the cheap balcony doors would rattle all night long which woke us up several times throughout our stay.
Good
We stayed in this hotel for 1 week in 2013, nice and silent place to stay. Its 2km from walking street it take 20 to 30mins walk. You can cook by yourself. We took bike rent for 1week so that it’s easy to travel all the place. Rooms are clean and every day room service is there. AC works Good and easy to access the Hotel. Room was too big.
The Square
This was my second visit to this hotel,it is still well run with friendly staff,I stayed for one month,since my last visit the buses which pass into the square at the rear of the hotel have caused the metal clad water gutter to become damaged,this causes a loud metallic crack as soon as a vehicle wheel comes into contact all day and night, I suppose this wakes the motorcycle taxi drivers who tend to chat at dawn,a baht bus can arrive at any time open the doors and turn on loud Thai music,music from nearby Thai venues can last until 3 am
