Please dont stay here the owner is rude and aggressive and room are dirty.they look through your bin and charge you for bringing water. Nasty place. He also wants a 1000 baht deposit. When I confronted him I was told to f off to the Hilton.
It's not exactly the Ritz..
But it's a 'little cracker' of place to stay,if you require low cost accommodation, at a great value for money price. Staff were helpful and friendly, and would certainly stay again if I required low cost accommodation in Pattaya.
Good Budget Hotel
Neat & Clean rooms closer to the bustling market side. It isn’t a fancy place but serves the purpose of a good stay. Not too far way from Pattaya Beach & Walking street (1.5 kms or 15-20 mins walk). Do not expect any amenities. Everything is chargeable ie toiletries, water etc etc. Nicely managed by Ms. ABB with a smiley face. Had a lovely stay.

Hi Alex, l am not guest and l was not stay in your establishment. But l am a hotelier myself and completely understand with all things you've been through in running a low budget hotel and with certain type of guests. Some guests think paying small amount of money give them rights to demand VIP treatments with free trinkets and top notch service. l guess they are just not experienced traveller or budget traveller want to be a king in vacation. Dear all DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL WE HAD BEEN CHESTED thai baht 853 for 2 night stay booed and full paid online We have booked 2 nights stay in pattay holliday lodge in 3 road pattay via angida website PATTAYA HOLLIDAY LODGE This hotel is very bad service Family owner, make trouble to guess We traveling every week but they not allow for check in before 2 pm otherwise we have to pay extra ฿ 200 while empty rooms are ready They also ask for ฿ 1,000 deposit No parking place, have to pay ฿ 100/ day extra There are only 1 staff work as receptionst Also work as sercurity also work as housekeeping also work as bellboy .....never smile and face look like ready to fight with guess VERY VERY BAD
