Really liked this hotel, staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful with everything we had a sea view corner room so excellent views, when we first entered the room we did think it was extremely small but actually I really liked the way it was planned out. It was strange having the sink in the bedroom rather than the bathroom and rather than a wardrobe you had hanging rails but it actually all works well together and the roof top pool is lovely. Also check out the restaurant on the 6th floor as great views from there too. It would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in the room but they do supply a kettle so you can buy your own. I would definitely stay here again no problem

Great holiday there at beach front Pattaya. Great beach view from windows and roof top. The roof top has one pool too. Staffs are wel behabed, nice and helpful.Had good food variety. At the central Pattaya with good communication by taxi and famous tuk tuk.

Best thing about this hotel is the location,, but overall it’s totally overpriced for a average hotel . Positive points : -Location is good. -Staff are friendly and helpful. Negative points : -Overpriced -Room bathroom is one of the smallest I have ever seen m. - breakfast is so limited and not good.

Ok, the hotel manager walked out front, when I was on a long distance phone call with my kid, and scolded me about having sand on my feet, I hadn't even entered the hotel yet. I guess the cleaning-help saw me sitting out front at a table, with sandy feet. That never would have happened at the Hilton in Hawaii. I wasn't too happy with her attitude. Later she apologized after I scolder her back, so I let it go. But, when the cleaning lady scolded me about my room being messy, I kinda had enough of their crappy attitude. Look, maybe the cleaning lady wanted a tip, IDK. i've stayed at hotels everywhere, these folks are just plain low class, bossy, and rude. They think customer service is sitting on their butts and yelling at their clients. Won't be coming here again. I LIKE BEING TREATED WELL... :) There were some very nice employee's too. I don't want to take away from thence folks there but, management has a low IQ... Oh well, their loss :)

Tiny Rooms No Place to Hang Clothes or Put Stuff

May be okay for a backpacker living out of bag and wearing the same clothes everyday. Rooms very small. Combination shower and toilet not ideal. Small bar to hang clothes on. My room certainly had no view. Restaurant has moved to the roof top where it is hot as hades.
