The room was fine, old, bed sucked, Cost almost $400 for 2 nights. But this place is money hungry and greedy. 25$/day/pet when there are incidentals charged anyway. On top of that on hour late check out is another $50. I've never had a hotel charge for this many things, it's stingy and greedy and I'll never stay or recommend this place.

Spacious room. Comfortable furniture. Enjoyed the back patio. Good wifi. TV selection was pretty good. No housekeeping and we would have enjoyed at least having our room coffees replenished. Breakfast had the not-unusual undercooked sausage and over-cooked eggs. Breads, yogurts, donuts. No fruit. Average at best.

This was one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at this year. I loved that my room had two exit doors. The front door was where I parked my car and the back door lead to this beautiful green back yard area that had comfortable chairs. It was so relaxing to sit outside and look up and see stars. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was a true "nonsmoking" room. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel was the table/shelf across from the sink. It enabled me to layout my luggage and organize myself. I wish more hotels had thoughtful extra's like that. Also the bathtub back was wonderful for relaxing in. I took a long, well needed soak in a tub of hot water before getting ready for bed. I slept soundly. I did not hear my neighbors or any noises for that matter. A well made and situated room. I did ask the front desk where to eat. They suggested Tiny's next door. The serving size is nothing like Tiny. I had the broasted chicken which consisted of 4 pieces of chicken, sides, desert and a salad for less than $14. Everything about this hotel from its staff, to the room, to the location to the price... Exceptional! I highly recommend it!

Perfect ! Felt like we got more than we paid for.No Complaints. Staff,rooms,everything was excellent.will choose Majestic Mountain Inn every time when visiting Payson Az. We are very pleased about our stay.

Awesome place! Stay 1 night wish it could have been longer..friendly staff..quiet rooms..they made the room suitable for our elder mother it was just wonderful...next time we go..I know where we will book..thumbs up..loved it thank you guys soooo much...
