Good Hotel, some updates needed.

This hotel is showing some wear and tear, but over all its very good. Customer service was excellent. Just a few touch ups and repairs would help. Window has Crack and a/c didn't get as cold as I like it, but it was comfortable. Didn't get up early enough for the breakfast. Also house keeping waited until after 11 am to start and they usually started on those rooms that were checking out. This was very much appreciated since we stayed from June 30 to July 4.

The WiFi and cellular service was spotty at best. We wondered why people were talking on their phones outside the hotel but soon understood why. If we had needed to conduct any business that needed a consistent WiFi connection, we would not have been able to do it. Although the hotel appears clean, the smell of cleaning chemicals was overpowering. We have stayed in Houston many times and realize that it is humid, but never have we experienced this level of humidity inside a hotel. The carpet felt damp on your feet, any clothes you had hanging up felt damp, there was black mold on the lamp shade next to the bed. In addition, the bathroom door would not close properly, the furnishings were extremely scuffed up and the bed had a big dip in the middle which made sleeping difficult. We attempted the breakfast but the coffee was some of the worst I have ever tasted and the eggs and other hot items were extremely bland. We decided to head over to the near by Buc-ees for some decent coffee. We realized that this hotel is lower cost than some others in the area and did not have high expectations except for it being clean and to provide the services that were advertised such as Wifi. We expected more than what we experienced. This was extremely disappointing.

Hotel was awesome! The Desk clerk was understanding to our needs. Rooms are spacious and clean breakfast was ok. Right off highway Convenient to stores.Definitely going back! It was a surprise birthday 🎉

We stayed at this location over the Christmas season 2018, we had a few shows in Pearland and had stayed here before. Easy access to the Hwy and close to a ton of restaurants. Getting older but still well maintained. Great value for the money paid.

I took my hubby away for Father's Day so we could both have a break. He loved the hot tub by the pool! Our bed was SOOOOO comfy. I didn't want to get out of it! LOL We had a nice time and felt rested when we left. Front desk personnel was polite and attentive when we called them and the hotel was pretty quiet. We enjoyed it quite a bit.
