very clean room and felt save to stay here during covid. had really good experience to stay in Radission Blu Uluwatu. its a pet friendly hotel, so can bring my dog with me for holiday. staffs were friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed the privacy and the value we paid for the hotel. Overall service was above our expectations. The room was spotless and filled with ammenities. We just hope the hotel would provide more variety for the breakfast menus. Overall stay was amazing.

Awful customer service

My fiancée and I were due to travel to this hotel for a few days of our honeymoon in May 2021. Back in January, Singapore airlines offered us a full refund on our flights as they anticipated that they might be cancelled due to COVID-19. This left us in a bit of a dilemma as we only had a short period of time to claim the refund but all of our accommodations were still going ahead as far as they were concerned. We decided to get in contact with each of our accommodations first to see if they would offer a refund due to the fact it was highly unlikely we would be travelling in May this year (3x hotels through booking.com and 1x independent AirBnb), and each accommodation was very helpful, understanding, and realistic, and offered us a full refund so we could also apply for the refund on our flights, with the exception of Radisson Blu Uluwatu. This hotel dragged their feet for as long as they possibly could in agreeing to cancelling our stay for a refund. At first, it was somewhat understandable, as it was only January and although I think everyone was pretty confident we weren’t going to be able to travel, this wasn’t confirmed yet. After successfully cancelling all the other stays and flights for our honeymoon, and receiving full refunds, Radisson Blu Uluwatu informed me to contact them closer to the time to see what our options are. A few months down the line, I decided to get in touch with Radisson Blu Uluwatu to see if there had been any changes, and I received an automatic response saying the hotel is closed until 1st June 2021 at the earliest, meaning our stay was due to start before the hotel had even opened. Great! Surely we will get our refund now!? Nope, Radisson Blu Uluwatu still refused. Their argument was we paid for a “non-refundable booking”, despite the fact the hotel wasn’t even going to be open when we were due to stay. At this point I was lost for ideas so decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and shortly after, Radisson Blu Uluwatu finally agreed to cancel and refund. I have still not received my refund, however, and every time I ask them for an update, they say “it has been processed our end and due to the exceptional circumstances it may take longer to be processed”. Somewhat understandable, but it has already taken weeks and they have not given me any timescales or provided any evidence that it has actually been processed, so I am still waiting for the refund and wondering if it ever will actually be received. So all in all, dreadful customer service, put to shame by all the other lovely independent hotels and Airbnb’s surrounding them in Bali.

Beautiful Hotel, I really love the modern design and zen ambience of the hotel. The room is comfortably spacious and clean. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Good value for money. It would be perfect if the property is located at the cliff side

We stay @raddison blu 8 night (26 dec 20 - 3 jan 21).  The rooms, cleanliness, food, pool, service, and atmosphere are the best. We enjoy every minute in raddison blu bali, and it's worth-it every sen we spend there. Thank you raddison.
