Brand new hotel with design touches like M.C. Esher beautifull

Outside design is very upscale looking. Entrance is wide and at ground level. Excellent for handicapped. Bright colors, friendly staff, excellent morning breakfast, coffee always available. We loved all 4 nights we stayed. Comfortable beds and super comfy pillows. Small pool available by request.

The thruway hotels were slammed due to a bus accident. I booked with points through Chase. The front desk called at 8:30 pm and told me my res. was canceled. I let them know, in no uncertain terms, that I was not happy being screwed like that. I had to pay a fortune to stay elsewhere. Then, the hotel refused to issue a refund. When Chase called to contest the charge on my behalf, the front desk hung up on Chase! Completely unprofessional, and perhaps fraudulent, unless they correct this ASAP.
Best breakfast of the summer!

Our bucket list included a trip to see Niagara Falls. This hotel met our price expectation as we were paying with points and money. This hotel, as with previous reviews, is brand new and had that new hotel smell. Hotel is clean, rooms clean, bed clean, shower excellent. Overall, just an outstanding experience. Young lady who checked us in took time to answer questions and give us tips on how to find food stores and such. Also breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurts and such. Highly recommend.
Brand New Hotel Sadness

This hotel looks brand new. Staff were friendly. Check in process was smooth. There was free breakfast. We stayed in room 322. The room was spacious and clean. The contractor used for the building must have been a hack. I say that because the tile floor was loose and crunched under our feet as we entered the room. The toilet was like a rocking chair. The only other thing I did not like was the bed. This would be the only reason I will not return to this hotel. A good night sleep is everything to me. It was like sleeping on a board. If you like a firm mattress, your going to be happy.
Bright and clean property.

Brand-spanking new property. Clean as a whistle. Friendly Staff. Quiet room. Great pillows. Plenty of parking, close to entrance door. Two elevators ( two is a bit unusual for a property of this size. The only negative (and a minor one at that) was that the complimentary breakfast was VERY limited insofar as selections go. The dry cereal assortment was almost ( but not quite) non existent. The only dry cereal available the first morning was “Fruit Loops”. The 2nd morning there was a 100% increase in the dry cereal assortment. In addition to the aforementioned, Sugar Frosted Flakes were also available. And danish & packed bagels were the only breads available, but, in fairness, the COVID restrictions may have been a factor. There was a typical HI Exp, juice dispenser, but it was inoperative. Oh well. Would I stay at this property again! Very likely would.
