Credit card fraud!!!!!! And bugs
As the other review I also was charged $807 for 1 night!? That is with a $310 charge 20 minutes after I left. Know I have to jump thru hoops to get it back. They actually told me they needed another credit card to pay the right charges .....SERIOUSLY?? Not to mention they also charged my girlfriend $495 on her card as well as $810 totaling $1305 for 3 nights at $149 a night. I was Flat out robbed by these people! And just for a added bonus there was bugs all over the window sill attached pics . It’s just an absolute disgrace ! my email is hdjg0317@gmail.com
Credit card fraud hotel!
Fairfield Inn Broomall tried to charge an extra $600+ dollars on my credit card in two separate transactions after I checked out and paid the bill in full. They tried the same fraud charging an extra $500+ on my husband’s card too after we stayed here a total of 15 days for a family funeral. What a terrible way to end a stressful trip. Obviously thieves work in this hotel management, hoping because we are from Australia we won’t notice fraud or won’t be able to do anything about it. Wrong. Our credit card fraud department is onto it now to reverse fraudulent charges. Don’t stay here, and if you do, check your card statements carefully in weeks afterwards!
Nice place but be ready to be forced out of your room!
Hotel is very clean, modern, and in a good location. However, I’ve had 50-100 stays in Marriott properties and never have I been rushed out the door as I was here. We were told check out was 11:00. At 8:00 am, with a do not disturb sign on my door, the housekeepers pounded until we were awake and had to come to the door. After telling them we did not need any assistance, we tried to go back to sleep. After trying to get some sleep, we then received a CALL at 10:00 asking us if we would be checking out at 11:00. Why was this necessary? Then, as we were gathering our things and trying to head out the door, ANOTHER pound at the door around 10:40. Again, I’ve never experienced an obvious rush out of the door like that in any other hotel. If you need to get in late/ sleep in late or even just plan to be in your room until the stated check out time, think again.
Good reliable place
My company’s preferred place. Comfortable bed nicely appointed. Good A/C, good breakfast, friendly staff. Yes there is a pool but two strokes will get you across and it’s only 4.5 feet. Easy access to freeway but there isn’t much around, just a Giant grocery in a 0.7 miles walk. Expect to use something like Grubhub if you don’t have a car. I’d stay here again.

This new location is conveniently located, for quick highway access, an unencumbered trip to a new grocery store, and also, convenient shopping. The facility is very well maintained by a pleasant, and, courteous staff. Kyan, and Wynter; Front Desk, are very welcoming. Dolly; Food/ Beverage, is absolutely a standout, as she is very attentive to the needs of guests. Additionally, Nicole Parker; House keeping Supervisor, always offers a warm greeting, I highly recommend giving this location a try, as it offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.
