Very Nice Property
The hotel staff was very nice and friendly warm and welcoming. Very clean! The rooms are nice as well very equipped with everything you need. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our weekend stay. We will definitely be back.
Excellent service
Top notch service from hotel staff! My room was very clean and newly remodeled and I really appreciated the friendliness of staff upon check in. I asked about wine (which they don’t sell) but the evening happy hour had just ended and wine was still available so I took a glass to my room. Very much appreciated the hospitality upon check in! Definitely would return!
Brand New Property!
This property is brand new which is always a great treat for travelers. The location is less than 10 minutes from the airport (without the noise), near many chain restaurants, and very convenient to the Medical Center. The rooms are generous as other Residence Inns, well designed, and very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel compared to many others in the area primarily because it's new, large rooms, and convenient. Two things to remember: One - The hot water takes forever to actually get hot. I turn on the shower while shaving to make sure the temperature is appropriate; Two - the very friendly housekeeping staff sprays the carpet and rooms with an extremely strong smelling room freshener. I woke up with headaches several times. Ask the housekeeping staff to hold on the room freshener/sanitizer during your stay! I opened the windows as much as possible which helped incrementally - but not completely.
Clinical Support Staff
This hotel is very clean and all of the staff has gone above and beyond to make my four night stay the very best. The breakfast is a full breakfast, freshly made. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the suites have generous space. Nice and quiet too!

Excellent stay, relatively close to airport. Could not say enough good things about it, from cleanliness to efficient staff to the decorations. I would highly recommend this hotel and do not be mislead, like I am sometimes, by the words airport and medical center in hotel title.
