Muy buena atención, todos son muy amables, excelentes habitaciones y por lo general muy buen servicio. Todos mis compañeros que se quedaron en el hotel, quedaron muy contento con el servicio y todo lo que proporciona el hotel.
Large rooms and awesome evening reception!

We were pleasantly surprised to see how spacious the king room was. It was very nice to be able to move around and not be stepping on one another! The other pleasant surprise was the evening reception. The gal working was super friendly and recommended places to eat as well as kept the reception stocked. We will definitely stay there again for the friendliness, large rooms, reception and comfy beds. The only complaint was the thin walls. We could hear the guest in the room next to us very clearly...even tossing and turning in his bed!
Horrible Experience All Around

I would give 0 stars if possible. This hotel was terribly run by undereducated people, and it shows. I’ll start by the hotel was filthy. There were parties going on during the stay, and the staff couldn’t be bothered to keep it cleaned up. Balloons, confetti, napkins, and all matter of junk littered the hallways, entryway, and into the pool. The pool had one clean towel, with dirty ones scattered all over the pool deck all day. The treadmills were out of order, as was one elevator. The other elevator had broken buttons. It was a hot mess.
I also checked in with my service dog. I indicated that both in my reservation notes and in person. He was vested nearly the entire time, which legally, they don’t have to be. Still, on check out day I had been assessed a pet fee. They offered to refund the fee, but I was still out the $75 until the charge is reversed. The most insulting part is both the manger on duty and the hotel manger were trying to give me every excuse why it happened, like they didn’t see the notes since it was a 3rd party booking. The manger then asked why I didn’t provide an ID card for my service dog. This is gold, and I’m glad I was recording the conversation, because it’s illegal to ask, and there is no such thing as an ID in the US. They both tried to argue people sneak dogs in, maybe they person checking us in didn’t see the vest, didn’t hear me that her was a service dog, or didn’t know she couldn’t charge for one. However not one of them truly apologized and said “hey, we really screwed up, there was no excuse.” Luckily I videoed both my conversations with the manger on duty and recorded the other manager, so I have all their excuses, discrimination, and illegal questions on tape.
Worst Hotel Ever!

The staff does not care about the comfort and safety of its guests; they were unresponsive to our concerns every day. Outside doors propped open on the whim of other guests, drunken parties allowed that disturbed ability to sleep, wet floors, insufficient breakfast food, terrible internet connection. Don't stay here unless you're desperate...it's not worth the money or the aggravation.

Had a softball tournament at last minute and all the hotels around the area had been booked. The front desk gentleman went over and beyond to help us get a room. Was very clean and staff was amazing..
