Stayed here for three months and my expectations were exceeded in all aspects. I am a manager in the customer service industry and sometimes have to dial back how hard I am in regards to the customer service I expect to receive. This place blew me away with the attentiveness of the staff and General Manager. Some of the most friendly, accommodating and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to have met and dealt with from a customer service perspective. I felt like I was at home as they were very welcoming and any small concern or question I had was addressed immediately and with complete courtesy. Joel, Britt and Porsha (sorry if I misspelled) made it very clear that my comfort was their top responsibility my entire stay. Thank you guys so much! If I ever need a place to stay I WILL be back!!

Hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. 3 1/2 stars on Trip Advisor? How is that even possible. Compared to what? A tent in downtown LA? Tiny room, tiny bed, tiny bathroom No closet, 5 hangers, no place to put a suitcase except the bed No vanity in bathroom, no place to put your toiletries 2 hard plastic chairs too small to lay a suitcase on No maid service unless you stay longer than 14 days Bare bare bones basic Very pricey for what you get but then $50./night would be overpriced These are my first impressions but it can only go down from here anyway Trying to figure out who gave it more than 1 star, really makes me doubt these reviews are authentic Rethinking Trip Advisor as a reliable source of reviews after this

SOOOOO Much to say... Staff is RUDE and disrespectfulOur room FLOODED on a Friday night, took 35 minutes to get a dumb 20 year girl to respond to a flood at 12;30am. She offered 3 bath towels and a rusty toilet plunger(maybe not rust) for ME to clean it up. after 1.5 hours of calling the home office the manager sent another young girl to hand me her phone. He wanted to know why the F*&K we woke him up. We had literally over 30 gallons of water coming from under the toilet. I'm smart enough to turn off the water. If I didn't do it would STILL be running The young girl had to get a friend to help her clean up the water with 114 bath towels. At first I was told they had NO other rooms and I needed to deal with it til the next day. Again the girl found another room 3 doors away for us to stay in. That room had plumbing issues also.Toilet don't flush, hot water in the shower made the wall shake and water squirt out like a sprinkler. So then we had to use the public restroom ( on the 1st floor we were on the 4th floor. We had to wait til Monday afternoon and 14 calls to so called customer service later. The manager refused to talk to me, he preferred to intimidate my wife and son. We had things damaged by the flood. they toldmy wife that wasn't possible because there wasn't that much water and we shouldn't leave things on the floor anyhow. .The manager (David) threatened my 16 year old son for asking to use the public restroom.( Because our toilet in our room did NOT work for 3days) My son was told that restroom was for employees and if he didn't like it, he would take him outside personally and KICK HIS A$$. when I called to see what happened, I was told my kid is a punk and there is nothing wrong with ANY toilets in the building. Then I was told to be out by 11am the next day or I would be lucky if he don't throw me out himself. The lil TOUGH GUY ON THE PHONE WOULD NOT COME OUT OF HIS LITTLE OFFICE the rest of the time we were there.He intimidates women and kids( especially the girls that work for him) Upper management doesn't care as long as they are getting paid. We where paid for 5 more days when we were told to leave.NO ONE from customer service could do anything besides email other so called supervisors. we are still waiting for our refund that has to come from Kansas even though we paid cash. I could go on and on about crack heads, meth heads, drug dealing in the parking lot,pit bulls, ( I love them) abandoned vehicles in the parking lot, Kids running the halls all hours,THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Yea, its cheap but at what cost? I'm sure customer service will apologize on here but that's as far as it will go.

I cant believe the way this place talks and treat me.I have been staying here with my grandkids for a year and this place is crazy loud rude nasty and disrespectful the picture says it all they are more rude and nasty on the weekends and leave you waiting at the front desk for hours good luck this place is a joke

I have been staying here for a year with me and my grandkids and got treated ride by the manager and while I'm in the bathroom of my room he wants to break in and tell me it's ok 👌and then talks to me ride at the front desk then puts a eviction notice in my door after I get to my room and only have me five days to leave and said that I am rude to staff which I am not i could day more about this situation and place and the staff but I choose not and I know a lot about this place just can't believe what happened to me today wow
