Excellent stay in relaxing surroundings

Reviewed 12 january, 2022

This "campestre" hotel offers excellent cuisine, very large comfortable beds, heated jaccuzi, outdoor pool and spa. The grounds are fully enclosed and provide a peaceful and relaxing environment, including night time camp fires to sit around. The rooms are spacious with personal safe, mini bar, hairdryer and ours had its own private, small yard with table, chairs and sun shade, and a hammock. The en suite consisted of a large shower (with hot water), toilet and hand basin. Gels, soaps and moisturisers are complimentary. The restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and evening dinner, with a nice selection, all cooked to perfection. The staff are professional, super-friendly and very helpful and I'm looking fiorward to my next stay here.

Paradise in eje cafetero

We spent three wonderful nights at Sazagua. Two in a Garden Suite and the last one in Masinga. Both rooms were beautiful, however Masinga was simply stunning. The service was very kind and helpful making us feel at home. The vegetation and landscaping left us speachless. Going to Sazagua to view beautiful vegetation and birds is already worth the visit. The food was tasty, however very meat-based and slightly overpriced. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed it being taken to our room. Thank you for the worderful time, we hope to visit you again!

This place is not only beautiful, but we’ll kept, clean and the service is 10 stars. They are attentive, kind, knowledgeable and ready to accommodate any need that may arise. Daniel is a super star who is always ready with an answer for your requests and if not readily available, he will find a way to get it done. Excellent attitude and demeanor. Can you tell I loved this place?

Magical relaxing place

The Hotel Sazagua was beyond what we imagined and a great introduction to the coffee region. The gardens are magical with gorgeous plants and birds everywhere you look. Our room had a great patio w a hammock. The restaurant was fantastic and you eat outside looking at the beautiful property. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. There is a refreshing pool for a dip. We did not want to leave - great place to recharge! Would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil spot to unwind among nature.

Spent a greaT TWO NIGHTS At Hotel Sazagua. Wish I could have stayed longer. Our group of three had bungalow rooms. Each was different and fun. Property was beautiful - especially at night with their pretty lighting. They had an outdoor fire too. Food was excellent - Had one dinner and two breakfasts - all Great. Staff attentive and friendly. Met owner and he was really nice and welcoming. Loved the birds and such fun watching them at breakfast.
