First visit to this location
We frequent Comfort Suites when we travel. Most are all good. This one was a little better than average. The only problem we had was a VERY smelly room. The front desk clerk quickly switched us to another room without question. Even though close to I-75 - it was very quiet for sleeping. The Indoor Pool was not open so can not comment on that.
Gross
I’m not even gonna say the photos will Gonna fight for a refund this should’ve never happened. But at wee morning hours I can’t fight I’m too tired Sickening especially during a pandemic Filthy disgusting
Okay to stay but
Okay to stay here ...beds are comfortable. Easy location. However not the cleanest place. Bathroom doors dirty. Hallways need some painting. We were traveling so good location right off highway. Can hear highway noise. Very friendly service.
Front desk needs new employee
Probably the nastiest lady I’ve dealt with in a long time. She must hate her job! She took a call from someone already in their room while she was waiting on me and was extremely nasty to them over the phone. On the bright side, the room was nice, clean and comfy beds. Very quiet! Good stay for the money. Only negative was nasty Peggy! I was afraid to ask for anything because nasty Peggy would have bit my head off!,
In area for business
Stayed there on a Tuesday night as I was doing business in the area. Fast check in and room was clean and neat. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Got a really good rate through Priceline.com. Didn’t use it but the pool area looked really nice. Would be a great place for kids. Only thing that didn’t work was shower head - so had to take a bath ☹️
