Wow! Super Clean Retro Updated

Amazing, not the type of place I usually stay but the reviews convinced me to give it a chance. It really is super clean - better than nice chains. I mean super clean, and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet even being next to the turnpike. I will be back and I’ll send others.
Very clean and comfortable

I've stayed here multiple times. I call ahead just to make sure they have availability. Rooms are clean, they have microwave and fridge. Also have easy access to 280 freeway. Can accommodate trucks, travel trailers etc.
Clean, affordable place to stay

This place was very clean. In fact, it might be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable and there was an armchair for watching TV. Except for the bathroom fixtures, everything seemed fairly new.
It's a little bit hidden away - when you get off of the turnpike, you have to go down a few pretty dark back roads to get here, despite it being right next to another interstate. My reservation, made through their website, had been lost but there were rooms available and I was given pretty much the same rate. Great affordable place to stay.
Great value, clean, quiet, near good food

We walked in on a Friday night, and they did have a room available, the closest one to the interstate. Still, we (one adult, two teenagers) did not find the road noise bad at all, and basically it was unnoticeable when we had the AC on. The room was super clean and well-maintained, and the double beds were comfy and seemed new; they must have renovated recently. Everything worked (iron, hair dryer, microwave, fridge) and was clean, and even though we were in the room furthest from the office, the wi-fi was great! I was very impressed with this place as a budget option, it really competes well with the big chains, and in my recent experience had better rooms and cleanliness than the last two Motel 6 and Super 8 places I stayed. The only little issue was that by the time we left we had run out of both toilet paper and tissues; when I mentioned it to management as we left, they were very apologetic and went right out to supply the room. We had dinner and breakfast at the Iron Skillet restaurant at the Petro truck stop about a half mile away--the salad bar was fresh and varied for dinner, and at breakfast the buffet is supplemented with a waffle station and an omelet station! I will definitely stay here again when we come to Perrysburg/Toledo area.
Great little hidden gem

As a trucker its nice to get out of the truck and stay in a affordable, quiet, and clean hotel. It is rather a challenge to find that these days to meet all 3 catagories.
The Budget Inn hit all 3 right on the head here!!
It will cost you 54.00 with tax for a night here on a weekend. This is a great rate and cheaper then the super 8 down the road.
Everything in the room was spotless and the property was recently remodeled and every room has been redone. From new curtains to new bedspreads, sheets, a 42" flat screen tv, all new paint, tile, carpet and beds. All beds have a superior mattress cover also.
In room coffee maker, fridge, microwave oven, great big tv with plenty of channels to choose from. Close to Petro truck stop for food and or drinks. Only place that delivers food though to there is Marcos pizza.
This is a great value motel where you can tell the owner is really trying to make a difference. To provide a clean, safe, comfortable room at a fraction of the cost of other hotels in the area.
Although this motel is off a little road and located near a truck stop. It is by far one of the quietest motels I have stayed at. There no vagrants running around or excessive noise or partying of any kind here.
I highly recommend the Budget Inn to anyone traveling with families or solo or business if you want comfort value and cleanliness.
Happy travels everyone keep the shiny side up and the rubber down.
