Murraypark Hotel

Just home after 2 nights at this lovely and friendly hotel. We were given room 13, a family room, so plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable, slept well, plus not many other guests, so quiet too. Due to the current situation no toiletries were provided or water in the fridge. Scotland has the best water in Britain so tap was fine with us. Tomasz , very nice young man on reception, offered us shower gel and shampoo so no problem there. Both nights we ate in the cosy bar beside the lovely log fire. Food was lovely and plentiful. Managed a dessert second night by foregoing the starters. Both nights our servers Kerina and Allanah were lovely and attentive Only let down was not being able to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, alcohol only allowed with our meals. Nothing to do with the hotel of course. Breakfasts were good too. Having read previous reviews however we missed out on different breads and pastries as no buffets allowed either. Both days the cooked breakfast was lovely and arrived promptly. All in all we would highly recommend this lovely hotel as opposed to the Hydro, if you're looking for a quiet break. Crieff High Street has some nice shops. Lovely chocolates,fudge and tablet plus traditional Scottish fare in various places near James Square in the centre of town. Thanks Murraypark, sure we'll be back sometime.x

This wonderful hotel embodies Scottish hospitality in every way. The log fire in the bar, beautiful setting to have dinner and breakfast and very comfortable and warm rooms. The staff are so friendly and go that extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We were there for 5 nights with our 7 year old daughter and we had the best time ever. The food was lovely and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Its only a 7-10 minute walk from the Hydro if you want to use the facilities there, so very close. The Murray Park is definitely on our list to come back to. Superb hotel and excellent, friendly staff. What more can you ask for ? 10 out of 10!!

We've just had a fab weekend at Murraypark and were highly impressed with the staff. Every single staff member we interacted with at Murraypark was incredibly helpful, polite and generally lovely. It made for a really really great stay! Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the staff at the Hydro, who could sometimes be quick short in temper and actually gave us the wrong info a couple times, leading to issues which Murraypark had to fix for us. In their defence the Hyrdo is much busier and Covid-19 was in full swing when we visited in October 2020. If you want a quieter weekend with exceptional staff but still want the option of excitement from Crieff Hydro, then Murraypark is definitely the place to go. We would go back in a heartbeat!

At the beginning of the week we stayed in Crieff hotel and decided to have our dinner in Murraypark hotel (the sister hotel) the food was amazing with a vibrant menu, where you have lots to choose between. Staff were very friendly and helpful that we decided to go back the next night again. Lovely food and staff. Thank you!

Stayed here for three nights as part of a small golfing group. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff at the hotel are fantastic. Brilliant service throughout and so helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent. Bar excellent. Would thoroughly recommend. For golfers the hotel is 5 mins walk from Crieff GC and a short drive to several others in the immediate area. Out and about in pubs or restaurants in Crieff we found the service to be equally excellent.
