Spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with 1 secured free parking space. We have stayed in serviced apartments and know to bring most of everything including soaps, milks and other minor essential items. And the location was absolutely perfect walking distance to everything. Definitely value for money and would stay again. In saying that though there are a few downfalls to the property. The Main bedroom with ensuite so spacious and tidy but only has a small double bed. For guest comfort you could easily fit a king size bed with space to move. The other 2 bedrooms where presented well again second room had the space for a larger bed. We were supplied just enough bath towels but nothing for the pool. I did however bring my own incase but normally all towels are supplied. The finishes around the apartment need attention, with gaps between the wooden floor boards, some even filled with silicone. It looked cheap and rushed. The washing machine leaked in the laundry, so the idea of keeping on top of washing while there was short lived. Kitchen equipment needs upgraded. And fridge needs to be checked after every vacate and cleaned thoroughly as there was a pierced milk left to leak in the fridge. The lounge had a cupboard door not quite put in properly and just hanging with the lounge probably needing a bit of an upgrade, white leather looking rather well used. The outdoor area was very lacking and disappointing. No facilities to BBQ, the pool was cold as it spends most part of the day in the shade and could probably do with some sort of warming system. The spa was half empty and not working. No sun lounges. Bathers Beach was a small walk from the hotel and that’s where we ended up.

A bit disappointed after being recommended by a friend, hopefully just our one off bad luck. When you walk into an apartment you shouldn’t have to clean tables and benches etc to feel comfortable to sit down. No hairdryers, no tissues, hopefully all these things are just an oversight as the location and size is great.

We stayed for 4 night's over a long weekend. Our only real complaint was the parking there was none only expensive public car parks with limited security. Not good with two cars. With five adults in the apartment. It was a little dirty for the price we were paying. But easy walking to most eating and drinking establishments.

We stayed here for five days. Its location in Fremantle is within walking distance to places of attraction, restaurants and supermarket. Our three-bedroom unit is by the poolside. It is well-equipped, and very spacious for a family of three to stay. Staff are generally helpful. One morning, a staff saw me coming out from my unit with a garbage bag. To my surprise, she asked me politely to hand the garbage to her. I was really touched by her initiative. (She's known as Mika's mum at workplace.) We love this place, and will certainly choose to stay here if we visit Fremantle again next year.

Our 2nd time here and the experience was wonderful. Besides being wonderfully situated in Fremantle, the apartments here are sizeable and perfect for families. There were a total of 8 of us (6 adults, 2 kids) and the apartment still felt spacious enough. Location-wise, there were many attractions and cafes that you can get to easily without even needing to drive. Parking lots are well secured and connected to the apartments. Richard is a great host! Will definitely be back again.
