Friendly staff but the welcome was terrible. During check-in we just got the key without any explanation. The breakfast is buffet breakfast and is quite rich but the coffee and cappuccino from automatic machine are terrible. For dinner is possible to choose from three different first courses, three different second courses, three different side dishes and more then one option for the dessert. The beverage are covered separately. Most of the dishes that we have tried were tasty. The structure is good for its swimming pool but the building is dated and the maintenance is missing and the cleaning as well (maybe they need more staff). Despite our reservation they do not give us a room with a king size bed but two single beds where was uncomfortable to sleep with our small baby, even they have some available king size bed in the store room the owner suggest to put a towel in the middle between the two single beds. The refrigerator was not working and they do not want to change. We had to stay all the time with the balcony window close because the the balcony railing is designed with a gap from the floor that allow a child to slip through.

This hotel is, at best, fine. The view was very pretty, when we complained about our room (it looked kind of like an orange prison cell) after being told the hotel was full we finally got changed to a bigger room with a balcony. Nothing was very clean, one of the towels was disgusting!!! Use for a one night base for the gorgeous little villages around, but definitely don’t organise a holiday here or eat here. The food was pretty terrible, even the breakfast was awful!

We had a villa booked for 7 nights but couldn't extend it for 8 so had to find a nearby hotel to stay the extra day for the family wedding. We got the hotel cheap so i wasn't expecting much, we went out most the day and cam back a little tipsy and looking for food. Its not a very touristy area so i don't expect them to be able to speak English all that well. The food was below average and plasticy, i didn't finish it and went to bed. The rooms were small and very dated. the bathroom was bigger than the room. no air con so had to have the ceiling fan on all night. There was a mini fridge but this didn't work. we left for the airport so didn't have breakfast and didnt visit the pool.

We came here with smartbox as our last option cos we couldn't book in any hotel nearby with it. At first it seemed nice except for the cockroach in our bedroom(it happens). We stayed here for lunch and we discovered that food was cheap, but just because it was rubbish. For dinner second surprise: because it was included in our coupon we couldn't choose from the whole menu but just from selected dishes like soup or pasta al sugo.

Got the room cleaned every day. The food was very good although it was made for a lot of people. I will at anytime go back to this well situated hotel. The next time I will be staying at least one week more.
