The Hotel is not exactly what you saw in picture. I then canceled the rest of my night of the hotel and based on policy they should refund but they didnt. Please dont come to this hotel because is really teribble. You can hear people voice from other room also.

Not suitable for family at all

Cockroaches on the floor. The room fill with smokes. Even after clean the smokes still thick. Disgusting. Avoid at all cost. Seems like owner doesn’t care at all. Very very dodgy. Won’t recommend to others.

very comfort room and nearby Sunway pyramid. The bathroom very clean and comfortable. Check in system also very fast. I like the bed very comfort to sleep otherwise it a budget hotel to stay one night.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst!! Rude staff. Dis not know how to handling customer booking through booking .com. dirty room. Dirty bathroom. Consider as expensive. Not suitable for any fmly or couple. Not confortable as well.!!

Late checked in. The night shift staff had to keep reconfirming (for 5 times!) if i had paid the RM50 deposit during my earlier room booking where the details of payment were clearly showed in my booking slip issued and signed by their own hotel days ago, which I passed to him. The booking was made for 3 nights (stated in booking slip) but he only keyed in confirmation for 1 night and request the payment. When requested him to key in 3 nights as per my booking slip ( I ready to make full payment in order to avoid more hassle), he reacted reluctantly as though i was the most troublesome customer he encountered. The room cleanliness was ok in view this hotel is quite new. But the TV channels inside the room were totally out. Only 2 local channels could be watched. When asked the technical staff for assistance, he shrugged stating that cannot be helped. Bad experience with the staffs.
