Everything is fine in this hotel mainly the hospitality, The place is wonderful and the attractions you have in the hotel are very good. Try to experiment unless one weekend. I recommend 100% for you and your family.

A very special place

I have to start my review saying that I not only work at a 5 star Luxury Hotel, but I also have traveled a lot and experienced many hotels around the globe. This is a MUST when in Brazil. The location is spectacular, only 50 minutes from GIG (Rio International Airport), right off the main road (BR-040), it is super accessible. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the property contains many samples of Brazilian flora and fauna. A little piece of paradise for sure. Succulents, bromeliads and orchids are laying around making the place beautiful. A creek runs through the property and at the top they have a small waterfall. We stayed at a "Chalet Real", which I believe is a step-up from the standard. The room was clean, thoughtfully designed and comfortable. A few of the details that stood apart were: they had a welcome card with brazilian treats for us; they had added a child's bed next to ours (we didn't request) but they wanted to make the stay more comfortable. The room had a generous size mini fridge, remote heating and AC and TV in english, which was nice for my family. At the front desk, Camila spoke english fluently, which can't be taken for granted in Brazil. Throughout the hotel, the staff anticipated our needs with every experience and were truly trying to make our stay awesome (and it was!). The meeting rooms and event spaces were beautiful, so I really recommend this place for corporate meetings. Also the main event space has stunning views of the giant rock walls and would be perfect for weddings & wellness retreats. I feel like we could stay here for a whole week and never leave the hotel. The two things I have to note is that the bed was a little too hard for us and they do get a little bit of highway noise, but the water features everywhere do buffer it very well.

Excellent Hotel

I think that this is an excellent Hotel. I have stayed with my family many times and I love the location it's beautiful surrounded by mountains and an exuberant variety of plants. The rooms are excellent the food is very good the service is very good too and I can recommend to my friends anytime.

Excellent hotel!

Stayed at this resort for two nights for a friend's wedding. It is a lovely place to stay. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is in a nice location and with plenty of options. They also have tennis courts, swiming pool, sauna etc.

Piscina aquecida desligada

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã ótimo,o quarto estava bem limpo assim como o restante do hotel,única decepção foi o fato da piscina aquecida não está funcionando e quando fiz a reserva não foi comunicado isso,sendo que optei ir esse hotel justamente pelo fato de ter a piscina aquecida ficamos um bem chateados.
