They run on their own schedule if check in is at 3 and you reserved the room you can’t go in and your room is cleaned last. Instead of having it ready they wait till last minute after a long trip to Arizona from California and we get here and it’s not ready and we’ve been waiting for hours might I add we commented we have kids In car had to go into lobby because car was overheating fromwaiying outside with ac on can’t wait to go home. And lady has her kids running around looking for “Dad” unprofessional
Should have 0 stars

My husband and I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this property last month.
There was construction going on in the room directly above ours from 8am until 6pm. Debris, falling from the ceiling, littered the hall.
Our room was so downtrodden that it seemed dirty and there were holes in the sheets.
Terrible experience. Not up to Comfort Suites standards at all.

We checked in around 11pm and immediately walked into the lobby and to the smell of smoke. The front desk attendant smoked. The floor in the lobby wasn't very clean, the elevator was unsweetened, when we went in the room, I was embarrassed at how bad it looked. The refrigerator didn't work, stains all over the floor and while we were unloading our cart the same front desk lady knocked on my door demanding the cart back, then she proceeded to accuse my wife and I of smoking. I welcomed her in the room. She came in to find we had lit a candle, because the room smelled bad. (Like a wet floor smell.) Then as I complained about our situation, she raised her voice and said, "I'm not dealing with this, you can leave if you want and then took her cart and walked out of our room. The next morning we checked out. Moved to the Hampton suites in Happy Valley 8 miles away for on $10 more a night. Not even comparable
looks like the owner has no regards to his ratings, or his employees conduct. so sad

I did the huge mistake of booking a night for both of my drivers. In these difficult times, it is super important for me to have them all planned and set up for the night. So everything was arranged in advance, and upon arrival one of them provided a photo ID which the reservation was placed on along with a company card. The room was checked in and then the doorman asked the second driver for his ID. He provided with a copy of it sent from the office, as he misplaced it the day prior.
This front desk person (he claims its James, but would not provide a business card or his last name) turned him around and explained he cannot walk into the hotel. Mind you, it is passed 8 pm and my drivers are out of hours. James resumed to treat my employees in a disrespectful manner and forced me to call him. I am one who believes, speak nicely and work something out in every situation. In this day and age I am sure every industry experiences difficult customers, and I am not one of those. But James, and evidently this hotel in general, believe in other forms of communication. he kept handing me back to my employee and have phone conversations with other customers, when I explained we are customers too, he chuckled and looked down at my drivers. I have explained to James, that we have no other place to go and to please get his manager on the line. I also provided him again with high res photos of his ID, and explained he actually just went through a DOT inspection. James however, made assumptions that due to his name being Jose, he is illegal as if he was just smuggled over the boarder. He would not hear anything I explained showed no understanding or passion to the situation and was clearly racist, arrogant, and uncaring.
It seems like other reviews speak of the same actions, and unfortunately the lack of care from the owner. But I will tell you, I am going to keep posting everywhere and inform the main corporate tomorrow morning.
Do Not Stay Here!

This place is a dump and was dirty on most levels. I was sent here on February 25 after the SpringHill Suites (Marriott owns) overbooked in spite of my confirmed reservation. The lobby must've been upgraded but the rooms were very outdated, furniture, walls, bathroom fixtures and very dirty floor tiles. Also needed a new tub. The sheets were clean and I was tired so I stayed for the night, but left the next day.
They had the nerve to charge $235 for this!!!! Clearly taking advantage of Phoenix spring training and sold out hotels.
