Didn't fit my expectations for being a Sheraton.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were able to check in early without a fee. The pool was awesome. Loved how they played music outside while you were swimming. Unfortunately our bed was not comfortable at all. I asked for more sheets to give it some cushion and it did not help. If you request services on the app Unfortunately they can not see anything on there end you have to call it in. The water pressure in the shower was not the best. Not all hotel staff were wearing masks. Although I loved the pool we will not be staying at this hotel again.
Great staff and food. Poor facility and area.

We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and at the restaurant every morning. The daily breakfasts were hot, fresh, and very tasty. However, the entire facility is very tired, dated, and in need of repair. Peeling paint, broken door latches, stained carpet, broken coffee makers, inoperable room safes, poorly working televisions, and missing balcony furnishings were just a few examples of what is in desperate need of attention. The general area is not too nice, with many homeless/panhandlers hanging around the intersection corners in the area.
Thank you for your great customer service and knowing how to make me feel special. You guys go above and beyond.

I wanted to thank the entire staff; Traci, Jasmin, Micheal, Robby, and everyone else I was unable to mention. Iv been staying at this location for the last 4-5 years and just reached “Ambassador” status for the first. I’m lucky as I have this hotel to stay at and always feel welcomed and important. Thank you so much. See you all next time!

In a time where Covid is taking a toll, when we need to get away, it’s nice to find a hotel that is putting it’s clients absolutely first. Upon arrival Robbie, the front desk supervisor, made sure that every single detail of our stay was addressed… not only that, when coming back later, he went above and beyond without any question! His front desk manager, Jazmine, had no hesitation in helping us out either. When it came to food and beverages, Melissa, the food and beverages supervisor, who seemed understaffed, was nothing but accommodating and happy to help with anything. When in Phoenix, we’ll happily stay the couple extra miles from the airport to have the customer service (and beautiful, clean accommodations) that we have experienced here!

Decent place for a quick overnight

Check in was easy. The lady who checked us in could not have been nicer or more pleasant. She is an asset to this hotel. As Gold Elite I usually get water or something when I check in but nothing this time. This was a quick stay ok our way to the Grand Canyon. We arrived late after our flight being delayed so didn’t check in until almost 9PM. We didn’t experience much of the hotel other than the room. Pros: Beds were comfy, AC worked well, new smart TV so we could easily stream Netflix. Cons: Carpet was sticky in many places. Rooms are older and showing wear. Water pressure in the shower was almost non existent and the lighting in the bathroom was about the same. Not a horrible experience and it serves the purpose of needing a place to sleep for a quick overnight.
