Pretty cool but full of mosquitos

Reviewed 5 february, 2018

My partner and I recently stayed here and the price is very good. However, there are loads of mosquitos. The bungalows have open windows which lets them in easily and our mosquito net had holes everywhere and still had the hair clips of other travellers in it to patch up the holes. The bed is really comfy and the decking is really cool to chill out on. The owners let you rent a bike for 200 baht for 24 hours which is a really good price and allowed us to travel to places further up the road. The shower is not powerful at all and just cold. Overall it was decent and close to the beach but we were glad to see the back of all the mosquitos!

Enjoyed

Good value. The bungalows have hammocks you can sit in. You can walk to the beach. The lady who managed the place was really helpful and got us a motorbike. Good location not too far from the pier when you arrive.

No room for us even we have booked before

Reviewed 17 february, 2017

I cant really say anything about this place, because we booked bungalow online, but when we came here, they told us that everything is full and they had to move us to another place, owned by some family members (OK Chawkoh). They accomodated us in a bungalow directly facing the Lanta main road, so we felt all night like camping in the middle of the highway...After night with no sleep at all (including muezzin singing at 5am) we found some other accomodation and ask if we can get the money for the second night back as this was not what we had booked - they told us that it was not possible because everything had been already registered in their system.

Cute bungalow but forget decent sleep

Reviewed 9 january, 2017

The bungalow is really small and cute, I liked it definitely. A terrace in front with a hammock. You also have a bathroom with a cold shower. The location is good as well, near the beach. But the bungalows are placed pretty much against eachother, so you hear EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. Which makes sleeping a difficult thing. Next there are chickens and a rooster next to the bungalows so we didn't sleep after 5 am. The rooster kept is up all freaking morning. And there is a mosque singing a couple times. We had a terrible terrible night...

Very cheap and pretty decent

Reviewed 8 april, 2016

For 400 baht for a bungalow for two people they are amazing! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a short walk to many cheap and awesome places to eat. The lady who greeted us so welcoming, her face must hurt after smiling so much! :)
