Fish smell in the elevator for our 3 day stay. I asked every morning if someone could at least try to clean it. The place is old and not renovated. For real search for something else it was horrible. Literally not worth the price.

Pearl Hotel is newly renovated, located in Phuket town and very close to the Old town, walking street where surrounded by shops and variety of street food to enjoy yourself. In hotel outlets itself, the Chinese restaurant called "The Rooftop" on the 12th floor was very tasteful and the Coffee Shop is offering local Phuket food for our eating experience, serviced by friendly staff there. Phuket town is the real food & culture experience. Pearl Hotel made our trip more easier, convenience, affordable price and comfortable stay.

Refusiung early breakfast service

Unbelievable how my breakfast coupon has been turned down due to 5 mins. early before ABF serving hours. On top of that my room'a air condition not working properly so had to switch room and floor to a smaller size lower grade although paid in advance for larger room. While moving to another room, no service to help move my luggage into new assigned room either. I was here for IT event hosting once a year by local IT Association. Too bad this property is sinking down with hospitality services and I'd rather blame on the management, not the owner of the property.

Good to see it!

Old Phuket Town has many beautiful historic hotels. Sino-Portuguese is the style and they date about 100 years old. This hotel is mid-century. The hotel is very chic and interesting if you like vintage modern architecture. The lobby, pool, bar and meeting rooms are quite wonderful. I have never stayed as a guest, but I highly recommend a visit here (and a meal in the rooftop Chinese restaurant).

Worst hotel experience in Phuket

First,we arrived to check in ,the staffs didn’t talk to us at all, just let us to seat and wait and gave us the key and voucher without giving us any information, not even where the breakfast was serves or the floor our room was. Second, there was one old man insisted on carrying our baggages to the room and wait for the tips even we said no to carry them. Third ,the room was very small ,not even got the space to open the luggage . The swimming pool was very filthy and disgusting, it was obviously not cleaned since long time, that’s why nobody went there at all. Fourth ,the staffs were rude and ignored us at all. For the breakfast, my son had left half waffle on the plate ,we asked one bag to bring back to the room, the staffs told us that the baby didn’t have voucher for breakfast so he was eating for free and we couldn’t bring anything away, as they told us, is the house rule. Nothing wrong with it but the day before an old Thai lady had the whole breakfast took away!! They were not really nice to 15 months old baby. We will never ever come back again . The only positive thing is the location, very close to the city centre, that’s it . Not really family friendly, I strongly advise don’t go to this hotel at all . They don’t care about visitors specially foreigners. The 4 days we were there they had 2 weddings and 2 other functions, it seemed that the hotel guest aren’t this important. They were just nice to their local .
