Booked 2 nights on booking.com. The front desk lady gave us very poor additional info (she missed for example to mention that parking was to pay extra - €5 per day) and this behavior generated an unpleasant discussion during check-out procedure. The location is comfortable to reach Salzburg, when the numerous events in the city can't offer any accommodation. Burger King just a few meters away. Breakfast is reach and very good. Non functioning of bath ventilation was immediately advised, but not fixed during our stay.

Such a shame that this great little modern hotel is let down by staff attitude and extra charges at check out. The property is well located by the autobahn a few kms from Austrian border. Rooms are small but well designed so spacious and there is little or no noise from outside. You'll be sure to have a good night sleep. Be on your guard when checking out as I was charged for 'addtional guests' in each room. Staff could not care less and even when manager was called, she was not interested. Advice given was for me to take it up with my travel agent... Could not wait any longer so got on the road.

Delightful small hotel

Nice little hotel close to Salzburg. The staff was wonderfully accommodating. We ordered pizza from a local restaurant and the hotel staff found us an area to relax and eat. The decor was so cute and fun. Our room was small but clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Value for money - stopover hotel on way to ski resort Austria

Nice clean room with comfortable beds. 24-hour reception and easy to locate off the highway. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. All rooms are non-smoking, but unfortunatly that makes that the smokers (staff and guests) stand outside and their smoke gets in your room when you sleep with the window open. A reason for us to cancel this hotel on our way back.

Great value for money and nice surprise

Location is very good (close to highway) and it is easy to find. Nice place to stay overnight. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We like that reception is 24/7. There is fast food restaurant (Burger King) next to the hotel. It is great value for money. Breakfast is very good. It is ridiculous that they charge 5 euros for parking. It is a hotel on highway...how were you supposed to come there? They could have included parking in the price. This makes us feel cheated.
