NOT Wheelchair accessible

The lobby of this hotel is gorgeous, and the area is peaceful despite the proximity to a major theme park. However, the suites are advertised as ADA accessible and they are not. There was an elevator to my second floor room, but the accessibility pretty much ends there. The suites are too small for a wheelchair user to get around. Fair enough, furniture can be rearranged. But the only accessibility features in the bathrooms are grab bars near the toilet and in the tub (there is a large step to get in the tub that would be difficult at best for most wheelchair users, impossible for many). I was only staying for one night and did not need to use the tub, but I was unable to get my wheelchair in the bathroom from the bedroom (one of the beds was too close to the door to open the door far enough to get my wheelchair through). The bathroom has a second door from the "living room," but the sofa was too uncomfortable to sleep on, and the mattress on the pullout was even worse. All in all, this is a decent place to stay for the average traveler, but this hotel should NOT advertise ADA compliance when it is not. The building is old enough that it should be exempt from accessibility requirements. The only positive experience in my stay was the lady at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make the room as accessible as she could, but unfortunately many accommodations were simply impossible.

We hadn’t stayed at these suites in at least 10 years, so I was concerned it would not be clean or would be dated. Fortunately our room and common areas were very clean and it appears it has been remodeled. We were happy with our stay and plan to stay there again!
Our Go-To Hotel

We always stay here when visiting the area. The staff is always super friendly & willing to help with anything that may come up. Can’t wait to see the new renovations. We were also SUPER HAPPY to see that the breakfast is back! We’ll be coming back during the holiday season to see all the Christmas lights.

we found the location excellent- near things but quiet & off the strip. our room was comfortable and loved having a living room & kitchen in addition. it seemed obvious that the bathroom had been recently painted caulked and tiled. but there is still a small leak behind the shower wall that might be a problem. you can see water on floor- the lighting is those horrible cold white lights- the public spaces could use with 1) lighting 2) new doors to outside it has a cold feeling throughout. however our room was fine. the bed is comfortable. it was also a very clean room. felt comfortable-

My family and I got lucky when we booked at this hotel. Everything was so close. The hotel was clean, the room was nice/clean, the staff was very friendly and informative. Coming from Georgia and not knowing our way around. We had an amazing time thanks to Donna. She was the staff member who led us in the right direction. This was our first vacation to Tennessee but it won’t be our last. We will return to All Seasons Suites next year!
