Stayed here for 1 night as part of a business trip? Easy checkin. Room was clean tidy and everything worked. A good walk in shower. Good view of the pool area. Good location in Pigeon Forge. Coffee and bar on site. A fireplace and seating.
Beautiful mountain hotel in the smokies

Loved this hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious with balconies, the lobby is warm and inviting with couches and a fireplace for lounging, and there is plenty of space in the back - fire pit, heated pool, corn hole. Felt like staying in a nice mountain lodge with access to everything in pigeon forge and the smokies. I wish I had been able to stay longer. Definitely the nicest courtyard I’ve ever stayed at.

This hotel is great. The rooms were nice and clean. They have a cafe in the lobby that has coffee in the morning and turns into a bar at night. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was very convenient. The pool is great. It was a pleasant surprise. There’s a lazy River, hot tub and indoor pool. The outdoor pool was warm enough to swim in October. They light the fire pits in the evening. There’s an open green space with corn hole games. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and be sure to check out Brick and spoon restaurant. It’s right next door. Breakfast was good and so convenient. The only negative I have is that the strong scent in the lobby. I have allergies and it was pretty annoying.
Modern look, very clean hotel

I work in the hospitality industry. This was my first visit to this property. The whole hotel staff was friendly, especially Brenda in housekeeping. Everyone made us feel welcome. The room was especially clean and had all the essentials we wanted. The property has two pools, one outdoors and one indoors. The indoor pool is actually outside but has garage doors that encloses the pool during bad weather or winter. The outdoor pool has a lazy river. Some restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel has a modern feel to it. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit.
This is how a hotel should be run.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The location of the hotel is central to just about every attraction in Pigeon Forge as well as being close to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. The hotel was immaculate. The ambience quite relaxing. The amenities were perfect! There is a bistro on premises with a good breakfast in the morning and cocktails at night. There are board games for the kids plus an amazing lazy River pool set at the perfect temperature. The hotel is set back from the main road which allows for a nice quiet night after a busy day of sightseeing. What makes this hotel stand out though is the entire staff. From the cleaners to the maintenance staff. From the servers in the restaurant to the front desk staff I must say EVERYONE was a pleasure to deal with. These are happy people who enjoy their jobs. As a guest I felt like I was appreciated. That’s not always the case at some hotels. Hint to Corporate……come visit the Marriott Courtyard in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee….see how it is run…..bottle it and distribute it throughout the chain!
