Nice place, clean, didn’t like interior rooms near pool.

Clean. Staff was friendly. Room is a bit tight with the two built in closets. Hard to maneuver luggage racks to rooms where the indoor-pool is located due to multiple doors that you have to go through. There are multiple elevators, but only one has access to ramps, that I could find. I imagine the exterior rooms facing the river, or the rooms facing the Parkway, are more easily accessible. I would stay again, but not in any of the “atrium” style rooms (interior). Overall, not bad at all, but RM 241 was not ideal.
Terrible Stay- noisy

I do not recommend this place if you want a quiet place to stay- 2 nights in row kids screaming and tonight loud music blaring from Pool area and almost 10 pm ! No concern for other guests at all! Can barely hear tv program we are watching fr 3rd floor room - plus just killed a bug in our bed! Cant wait to check out tomorrow if i get anybsleep Tonight!
Needs much improvement

Tried to find decent rate and vacancy on recent business trip but not much to choose from. Knowing this wasn't a property with frills or amenities, still it was not very clean with weird stains on the floor, toilets that did not work and backed up, low lying shower head, mold in the ceiling and the whole property smelling like smoke. Just not a good place to stay.
Hotel has gone Downhill

I have stayed in this hotel before and was very disappointed in my last stay. The elevator was broken and had to carry all luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The room smelled like mold/wet and the air was damp. There were water stains in the dresser and it smelled horrible. When I told the front desk, the maintenance guy told me to turn on the heat to dry out the air. The room itself is outdated, and just dirty. Then I found prescription pills in the drawers, but the final straw was the cockroach in the room. Again, I went to the front desk and was told that they would just add that room to the list of rooms to be sprayed. Not an enjoyable experience for a family vacation, and not what I expect for $220.00 per night.
Our favorite place to stay when we travel through

We stay here every time we pass through Pigeon Forge. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. We like that we can catch the shuttle close to the hotel. It is close enough to walk to the island.
