Great location. Clean spacious rooms

Hotel is located in a great location across the street from the Dixie Stampede. Lots of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Room is clean and spacious. Really great stay. Plenty of parking. The king room with the fireplace is lovely.

We had a lovely room with a fireplace and a spacious bathroom. They have started serving a hot breakfast, but the breakfast room was small with limited seating. We had to sit outside in the cold or carry the food to our room. I recommend the front office staff help facilitate finding open seats by discouraging people holding tables to talk with just a cup of coffee. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating with regards to a special request. We were located next to McAllisters sandwiches and Texas Roadhouse on the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, super close to the National Park. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the great smoky mountains.
NO hot water. Nasty carpet.

The carpet is nasty. My granddaughter walked around barefoot for s short time and her feet were black from the dirt! The next morning we had no hot water and front desk was unapologetic. I said we should receive some type of compensation for not being able to shower, but the desk clerk said she couldn't magically make the water hot. After s short conversation she agreed to let us have a 1:00 check out, but there was still no hot water. Sofa in the room is very worn and not very clean. Bathroom was ok. Had a big jetted tub with shower. For just under $300 for the night, this was a joke. I've stayed at many Quality Inn's in the past, but think this might be my last stay.
Not the top of the line but a nice hotel in a summer vacation hot spot.

5 couples stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The rooms with King beds had bigger bathrooms. The rooms with queen beds had small bathrooms. On one of the days housekeeping did not clean any of our rooms! Hot breakfast of eggs, sausage and biscuits plus oatmeal and cold cereal and waffles and breads and juices and coffee available. One day they ran out of yogurt. It is very busy on weekends as expected. Staff was friendly. Not the best Choice Hotel we’ve stayed in but not the worst.

I don't think this is the worst hotel in the area but I will never stay again. When we immediately walked into the room we were hit with this musty, wet, air. The carpet feels moist and so does everything in the room. The carpet is in desperate need of replacing and the entire bathroom needs gutted. The tub is permanently stained, and we thought the toilet wasn't cleaned, but it's just stained. The room was large and had plenty of room to maneuver around, which was the only positive. One person in our party stayed but I took the kids and went to another hotel. I was not staying there one more night. The locate is fabulous and this could be a great place with some updates. Until it is, I would not recommend.
