our luxurious home away from home
The first thing we did when Covid restrictions were loosened was to book a stay at the Inn at Pine Plains... it was based purely on the desire to escape the city and the excellent reviews we read here. It turned out to be the best decision we ever made because we loved it so much we ended up staying at the Inn for weeks at a time and are actually buying a property in the area! Patti's warm welcome, the blissful quality of the beds and linens, the graciousness of the rooms' layout, the meticulous care of the housekeeping staff, the lovely grounds with plenty of room to eat the delicious breakfast and relax outside... it all adds up to an exquisite stay. A perfect, safe getaway during the Coronavirus crisis, and well beyond, we hope.
Better than a 5 star hotel
I stayed here for 2 nights Christmas Eve and Christmas night. It was cozy and comfortable. This was a perfect getaway. The inn had welcomed touches. stayed in the Shekomeko room downstairs #1. The bathroom was nice with small amenities bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion.mini refrigerator with water, soda and some complimentary snacks were tucked away in the big closet. Wi-fi with passwords signs were placed in the room. Complimentary continental breakfast is served 8-11. Patty the host was upbeat and pleasant.
Lovely Stay
Beautiful home. Super clean. Ms. Pattie is a wonderful host. We had breakfast with family but from what we saw, outstanding food! Beds were comfortable and rooms are large. Check in was simple. Clear communication.
Highly recommended
My wife & I had a very enjoyable stay at tHe Inn at Pine Plains. Our room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, free snacks, and water in the fridge. Breakfast was great, and Patti (innkeeper) was an excellent source of information on locl dining options and interesting places to visit nearby.
Charming and Wonderful!
The whole Inn is beautifully appointed. The rooms are lovely with lots of nice touches, including complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. The Innkeeper is warm and inviting with great suggestions for places to see and eat. The whole experience was so relaxing - I would happily go back! They are dog friendly too, which made our small pup very happy to join us!
