Rotten 🍌bananas!!
Recently stayed at this Fairfied, it was great considering the enviroment were in now. There was no cleaning service due to Covid. Therefore, we had e to go to the front desk for towells, clean sheets and make our own beds; which we were fine with. But! There was a bowl of rotten bananas there the day we checked in and it remained there the day we checked out. (4 days later..) Generally this would not bother me but we had to see the darn things daily when we went for towels and sheets. I guess employees didn't see these bananas were rotten and should be removed? Nope, they stood proudly at the front desk greeting guest - "welcome we have fruit, would you like one". I do have to say the apples were delicious. Overall this hotel is really nice and quite, clean, place to stay. The beds are comfortable and theres lots of parking. The staff is great at what they do, just not throwing out rotten banana. 🍌 🍌 🍌
Great Experience
We stayed one night on the way to Florida. The room and hotel was very clean. The bfast was very good as was the selection. What made it stand out even more was the GM, Cam. He is very attentive and personable but add to that the time he took to work with the staff to insure a great experience. If passing thru Charlotte again, we will stay here.

Very clean commendations and friendly staff "Anita". When travelling again we would love to stay in such a friendly environment. Note; can't leave out that great "breakfast" and service too!!! Only negative comments; we should not have to write a book to submit a favorable opinion of Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Pineville/Ballantyne
Friendly and helpful team
I arrived late in the evening from the airport and was greeted by a really friendly and helpful staff member who quickly got me through the room key process (the digital key didn’t work) and to my room. The room had everything I needed and looked like it was fairly recently updated. Unfortunately I could hear a gentleman in an adjacent room talking into the night and coughing etc. Not sure if he was loud or the walls were thin. In the morning I was making the bed and noticed a smear of food (not mine...ew) on the inside comforter. When I brought it to their attention they changed it right away. I went to my colleagues room when she arrived and when I pulled the chair out to sit down it had some sesame seeds on it. This would be a “very good” review but for the housekeeping issues. The breakfast area is large and the food was fresh. All in all I would choose to stay there again.
Typical Fairfield Inn
If you've ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn before then you already know what to expect: a nice, clean, quiet, budget hotel. This hotel is also quite new and modern. The room was a nice size, and the bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy breakfast because the scrambled eggs were awful. My room should have been vacuumed more thoroughly. Other than those two complaints, I enjoyed my stay.
