Elegimos este hotel porque queríamos conocer la zona y esquiar en la estación de Madonna di Campliglio y ha sido la mejor elección que hemos hecho en mucho tiempo. Todo es perfecto, la atención ( Gaia y Giacomo, los dueños, son encantadores), la comida os dejará impresionados ( aperitivo, primer y segundo plato, postre, todo casero !! la pasta estaba deliciosa....) y las instalaciones están en perfecto estado ( todo renovado, habitaciones muy amplias y con una zona de estar muy acogedora para descansar después del esquí). Además disponen de un spa con entrada gratuita para los huéspedes y con opciones de tratamientos con muy buena relación calidad/precio. Si pensáis esquiar, no dudéis en elegir este hotel. Tienen un servicio de transporte que te lleva directamente al telecabina de Pinzolo y desde allí podréis llegar a las pistas de Madonna disfrutando de unas increíbles vistas sobre las montañas ( en solo 20 min estaréis esquiando dónde queráis, tenéis mas de 150 km de pistas para elegir). Los hoteles en Madonna son mucho mas caros y no merece la pena pagar la diferencia. Gracias a todos los miembros del hotel por hacernos pasar una semana tan increíble. Volveremos seguro!!
Amazing stay inc. outstanding food and service
The title says it all, don't delay on booking this place. We've just got back from a seven day trip. It's got all the charm you want from an Italian getaway. The staff are all incredibly helpful and make you feel welcome. The food is second to none, and most importantly they change the menu every day - very exciting after a days skiing. Our group loves food and everyone thought it was knockout. You will not go hungry gorging on delicious Italian buffets and high end dinners. We all loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to everyone. Thank you to you all @hoteleuropeo
Unbeatable experience for the money
This was our 3rd time staying in the Europeo. My friend and I come to Pinzolo/MdC to ski. This is one of the best ski areas in Italy and we really like the variety of slopes here as well as the lovely valley and historic charm of the town. Pinzolo is handsome & distinguished, yet modest and utterly without the pretension and attitude of the famous European ski towns like Gstaad, St. Moritz and Cortina. The Europeo is run with great friendliness and efficiency by a family who take pride in their business and tradition. The hired staff are all courteous and helpful. The rooms are very nice and of course clean. The food is really outstanding. The dinner alone would cost at least €50 per person in Milano. I will post a few pictures of what I ate and just say that it tasted as good as it looks. The indoor pool and the wellness center, with its multiple saunas, steam room, and ice cave, et. al. , are also just as good in reality as they look in the pics. When I consider what we pay for everything you get (great room, good service, modern pool, wellness center, breakfast, fantastic dinner, central location..) it just seems unbeatable to me. And I have stayed in many nice places in Italy with excellent value propositions. We will surely return for a 4th visit. PS I have no doubt the experience is just as special in the Spring & Summer as well. The hiking and biking in the valley will be excellent!
Pleasant but lacking something
First let me say everything in the hotel is fine - our room was nice and recently revamped , spa and pool seemed nice and the breakfast at the hotel was more than adequate and the staff were all perfectly polite. But I guess they just miss that customer pampering factor , that attention that makes you think someone is looking after me. For example we arrived on a sunday for a few days skiing. On arrival at 12-30 we were told that we were too early a d check in was at 15-00 to come back then. ( they did offer to call us if the room was ready earlier), but I'd would've been great if they had asked if we wanted to use the hotel or leave our stuff until the room was ready. like that we would had an extra afternoons skiing. Likewise in the restaurant for breakfast we had been allocated a table which was very difficult to use unless the table was moved so we could get in. Again we could have asked to move our allocated table but it all just seems a little careless on their side. I guess we could just have been unlucky, but it just left me feeling a bit invisible . So the moral is good hotel but staff need to pay more attention to consider the customers needs
What a Gem!!
Me and my partner stayed the last week of January. We loved it! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! A lovely family run hotel, extremely well kept and clean. The skiing was fantastic - really handy the hotel had a bus that dropped us to the gondola and picked us up everyday saved us walking with all the ski gear. Was perfect in the evenings to have the pool/ spa - great addition after a days skiing! The food was amazing in the restaurant, they all really take great pride in the service and food, it really shows. Would highly recommend! Best hotel in Pinzolo would love to come again.
