Do not stay here. There is absolutely no parking and the front desk man could have cared less. I tried parking in the lot they suggested and was towed because it was the parking lot for the condos next door. If you are going to be a hotel you need to supply your guests with parking. The customer service is terrible and have stayed in far better places in the city.
Would not stay here again
The good: If you want to visit station square, this is the closest hotel to it except for the Sheraton . I had originally booked the Sheraton but it got cancelled because they were closed due to COVID. We were able to walk across the bridge to Station Square from this hotel. I will also say that the younger girl who worked the front desk was VERY polite and great at her job. The bad: There is no restaurant or bar onsite. The parking is absolutely ridiculous. There are only 13 spots in the back of the hotel to park. It's also very cramped so if someone has a larger vehicle, they will be taking up 2 spots. When I checked in, I asked the guy at the front desk what I would have to do if all the spots in the back were taken. He simply told me "I'd be out of luck". That is not acceptable! You come to a new city and expect to have a place to park at your hotel!! We also did not have any housekeeping services while we were there. We had to call downstairs and ask for towels and more coffee since it was replenished everyday.
An amazing stay!
I preface this by saying it was a sad and teen daughter making a stop on a road trip. The hotel is really great and I highly recommend it. Rod was the front desk worker and he was amazingly personable and more than helpful. There is free parking behind the hotel so you can feel safe leaving your car. The room was clean and air conditioned. We had a quiet night. The shower was great too! There is no safe in the room, however we felt safe leaving our goods. One interesting thing in the room was a light shade to pull over the window which had tree tops on it, creating a nice vibe. The location is great and we recommend walking across the bridge and taking the tram up the mountain. Overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.
Great place/great location
I was truly pleased to have booked this place. The Assistant General Manager, Mr. Ron was very professional and helpful. Immediately when we arrived, the associate that was checking us in (also amazing and sorry I don’t remember her name) and him told us that due to COVID, Pittsburgh closed again. They were able to give us some advice on where to dine and visit as our options were truly limited. I would definitely go back to this hotel again. I truly felt appreciated as a customer.

I booked my stay with limited notice but the hotel staff was phenomenal and worked to accommodate my room preferences even given the short notice. Specifically Christina went above and beyond to make sure my stay would be great. She was nice, quick and very effective, could not have asked for better service.
