Do not do not stay here I have stayed at this property previously and even though the rooms are nice and spacious plus you get a kitchen it is not worth the trouble. They don’t have anyone manning the front desk you have to call and hope you get somebody. On my last stay I booked through booking.com because the address of my corporate credit card doesn’t match my home address on my booking.com account It created an issue with charging properly. This all happened after I got my confirmation they emailed me I made a return phone call to figured out the issue and then emailed them the proper information somehow it never got fixed. OK mistakes happen but when I arrived at the hotel Even though I called before I got on my flight to confirm and they never called me back but I did get a confirmation of my late check in they told me my room had been canceled. OK there are rooms available so we can fix the charge card issue but unfortunately they can’t do any business after 5 PM when staff goes home. The so-called site manager would not even come to talk to me and they did absolutely nothing to try to Alleviate the situation when I called the after hours emergency line which the operator told me we really can’t do anything but take a message and basically good luck go find a room somewhere else at midnight. They pretty much run this on a shoestring if you’re looking for any type of hotel experience don’t go here All they need to do is have a person on call they can fix the credit card issue or give a credit card reader to their on-site manager but they care so little about their patrons they will not do this.

This company uses deceptive online advertising to lure in guests at attractive rates -and then at checkout adds in enormous additional fees that they have buried in the fine print that MORE THAN DOUBLE the advertised rate. For my room they advertised a $79 non-refundable rate on hotels.com, which made no mention of any additional fees.. I clicked on the hotel which took me to additional pages all of which restated the $79 rate, again with no mention of any other fees. On the checkout page after entering my credit card, it again showed the advertised rate - in large, bolded font - and well below that, in much smaller, unbolded font it showed a line with the taxes, and at the very bottom after that, another line stating “Mandatory Fee” of $70! What is that? There is no detail, no explanation, it’s just tucked in there hoping you won’t notice - which i didn’t. I hit purchase and promptly received an email receipt stating I’d been charged $170 - a whopping 115% increase over the advertised rate!!!! - I immediately called the hotel and asked them to honor the advertised rate. They were unapologetic and said that since the rate was non-refunable, there was nothing they could do and i had to eat the $170 bill. I feel defrauded by an unethical company. Take your business elsewhere. Life’s too short to do business with people like this

Our room in Pittsburgh was in a new facility (only open 2 months I believe) so that should be taken into account. First and foremost, let me just get the good things out up front - the room was beautiful. I was shocked at what we got for what we paid. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had no problems with noise, bugs, or any other common nuisances. Overall I was very happy with my stay of 3 nights. The problems are minor, but worth mentioning in the hopes they can correct these things for future guests. First off - we had no way to control the blinds in the living area or our bedrooms. They were clearly meant to be controlled with a device of some sort - possibly the ipad hanging on the wall near the front door. However - none of our check-in materials had any information on the password for said ipad, so we could never access it. We had to climb up on chairs to manually open or close the blinds. If this is how they are supposed to be operated... they are much too high to reach without something to stand on. I wanted a second room key, and the gentleman at the downstairs desk (24 hour concierge for the building I think) told us there should be one on the bed or in our check-in envelope. There was not. The next day a different girl told my I could locate someone to help me at the desk on our floor - there were never anyone at that desk. They were still fixing drywall and doing wiring it appeared. There were several things that weren't plugged in that should have been, such as the illuminated headboard on my bed, the counter top appliances (they all looked brand new or recently moved from another unit), and the TV in the Master Bathroom (yeah, there was a tv in the bathroom!!) wasn't wired up completely and it seemed very loosely attached to the wall. At one point during my stay, I kid you not, it turned itself on, as did the illuminated mirror in the bathroom. Not sure what that was about. ROFL. Again - overall, my experience was great. We were just 3 guys who needed a place to sleep for a few days while attending an expo. This unit (2 bedroom) was terrific, even with the small issues, and especially considering the price.

The location and furnishings were great. HOWEVER, the service was not so great, and almost nonexistent. We had only 2 towels for 4 people and spent too much time calling multiple times and trying to find a person to just bring us 2 more towels. There were no staff members associated with the room on site. It was extremely frustrating!

Global Luxury Suites was top-notch! Very luxurious and beautiful interior in the lobby and rooms! They even host happy-hours with snacks and treats each evening. It's a place I'll definitely be booking again! Perfectly centered downtown and can walk to any place you need!
