The staff was rude, The hotel was filthy. Reeked of smoke, The "free Wifi" kept kicking me off and not connecting. Bathroom walls had something dripping down it. The hotel info sheets had what i can only assume is food dripped all over it. Room was overpowered with an air freshener that just blended with the smoke instead of masking it making the smell even worse. The sheets and comforter and decorative blanket all had stains and holes (that looked like cigarette burns) and I did not feel clean or comfortable sleeping there. One of the biggest reasons I chose this hotel was because it was affordable and said "smoke Free" my son and I have severe asthma and the room was most definitely smoked it. Please Just spend the extra money and go across the street. for $20 more I could have had an entirely different experience. Theres a reason your deposit is non-refundable, once you get there, and see where you're staying, you'll want to IMMEDIATELY turn around.

Wyndham should be ashamed to have this desolate cesspool on their website! The room looked nothing like the website. There's skeevy looking people LIVING there and they keep their doors open chatting outside like neighbors.

I read the reviews ahead of time and didn't take heed. Our initial plan was to stay only one night and then we got snowed in and had to stay 2. The room was just plain dirty - smudged mirrors, dirty fridge handle, stained comforter, cigarettes burn holes in both bed spreads, some kind of patch on the bottom of the tub that had black all around the edge, wood furniture scratched and dented. We weren't able to find a new room due to the snow. I did share all of this with the staff already. I'm always fine with a simple room but it MUST be clean!! This one was not.

Staff was friendly and very professional. The price was affordable as well. Mitt and Julie went the extra mile to meet my accommodation needs and preferences. The amenities like breakfast and wifi were also very convenient.

Checking is was okay. Last room at the end of the motel. Cold and damp. Bed was poor. Television grainy. We were tired and didn't want anything but sleep. Took 15 minutes before the shower got hot. Hair dryer broken, toilet seat would hardly stay on, bathroom door kicked in. Water came in under the AC/Heater. Had to put a towel down to get in/out of bed. Never again! Got yelled at for getting coffee after breakfast closed as we checked out.
