Estas como en casa, tiene 4 baños completos, 2 habitaciones, TV, WiFi, Netflix, un condominio super equipado, de lo mejor y la decoración excelente, mínima lista, cautiva han cuidado cada detalle, super cerca de todo, caminas a la 5 av. La playa imposible usarla por el sargazo, debes moverte a punta esmeralda o playa tortuga en cancún, al blue palms regreso Idalia, Evelio y todos super atentos a tus necesidades, gracias

Great place for the price

I rated this place as a 5 star because it is good value for what you pay! Yes it’s is small and on the old side but when you are paying less then $100 a night just off the beach and 2 blocks to 5th avenue it is good value. The host meet us at the gate and showed us to our rooms promptly and on time. The bed was comfortable but the futon was on the hard side. The kitchen is very limited with 2 burners, a bar fridge, a few pots and pans, plates, cups and cutlery. There was a microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. We had nice hot showers and our toilet flushed well and they provided toilet paper. They do not have all the other amenities , you need to bring shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and hand soap. The pool Is on the small side but nice for the kids and just to cool off. The beach is a block away but the sand is eroded away and only rocks show now, you can walk about 2-3 blocks down and it is good. Even though this is close to the party street it is quite quiet there and very peaceful. The hosts were very good at everything we ask for, even when there was a storm and the power went out, they got the generators up and running quickly. I always say you get what you pay for and we got better.

This was the third time I had stayed at the Blue Palms (which used to have a different name.) This time the rooms were rundown and needed maintenance. No drinking water provided in room or bathrobes as promised in list of amenities. Only view we had was of sign warning of a high tension line. No pool towels as promised. Although the on site staff was friendly, my spanish was not sufficient to communicate effectively. Hot tub not available. Will not return.

Playa del carmen is a love and busy tourist hub. Lovely!!! My first Airbnb rental and i was surprise how great it is, better than renting a hotel, I completely recommend this areas for families and millennials oooxxoooo

Il Condo si trova in zona strategica a pochi passi dalla quinta Avenida e vicinissimo al mare in una zona però non balneabile e con molte alghe. La struttura si presenta bene ma forse meno recente di quanto sembri nelle foto. No ho avuto sensazione di pulizia profonda soprattutto nel bagno, al mio arrivo ho fatto presente all'host la cosa è prontamente in breve tempo è arrivato il personale di pulizia garantendo che tutto era pulito e lasciando nuovi asciugamani dato che quelli presenti erano macchiati. Ottima la piscina presente che abbiamo sfruttato, sempre pulitissima.
