Wouldn't recommend

No fridge, no balcony, no wifi, no TV... this is the first place I've stayed at that they didn't have wifi... there is a wifi signal in the rooms, but they won't give out the password for it, only for common area wifi... very unexpected and very disappointing

ya te alquilan algo sabiendo que está mal, en cuanto llegas te ofrecen una habitación mejor por 15 dólares, el baño no tiene ventilación, la cortina de la tarjeta no cierra hasta el final y aunque reportes algo mal, no cambies tu abitacion, la recepción te ofrece cancelar el chekin, intenta complacer a los invitados cero, vale la pena pagar un poco más./ they already rent you something knowing it is bad, as soon as you arrive they offer you a better room for 15 dollars, the bathroom has no ventilation, the card curtain does not close until the end and even if you report something wrong, do not change your abitacao, the reception offers you to cancel the chekin, try to please the guests zero, it is worth paying a little more.

Very Clean, Basic Room

Reviewed 5 february, 2019

Hotel Labnah is not fancy, the rooms are very minimal, but I found everything to be clean. Every staff member that I came across were extremely nice and spoke very good English. This hotel is literally steps from the beach. It is on a safe side street, right off of 5th Avenue. It is in a safe area and within walking distance of the ADO bus stop. The shower needed the time re-grouted and the drain changed because it grossed me out, but other than that the room was great. It would have been very nice to have a fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold, but it did not affect my stay. I would definitely stay here again. I spend my time in playa diving, I don't require a fancy hotel. The location of this one, by Fusion right off the beach is worth staying here alone. I asked for a quiet room and brought ear plugs because of some of the reviews I read. I slept well every night without the earplugs. 105 was a pretty quiet room.

HORRIBLE AND NOISY

Reviewed 7 january, 2019

If you're not in the partying age group and like a good night's sleep like an adult, DONT stay here. The rooms are nice, but a beach party close by never ends, or rather ends at 2am or so. So good luck getting quality sleep. Wife and I struggled and had disturbed sleep, we checked out a day earlier. The front desk folks were semi-rude and acted as if this is common. NO. Such noise is not common and you have to let people know in advance. We pay for comfort and good night's sleep, don't we??

Unfortunately, I recommend staying elsewhere

We’ve always wanted to stay right on 5th Avenue, now we can say we have. Our room faced directly onto 5th Avenue. We expected noise obviously but it didn’t stop. My husband is not a light sleeper and even with earplugs we hardly slept. We actually booked somewhere else for 4 of our 6 nights. But kept this place to store some of our stuff and it’s closeness to catching the ferry. There is no deadbolt on the inside of the door which was odd. Our room was very small. Maybe 10x10. No tv, no phone, not even a chair. The patio doors facing 5th Avenue had no screen, no balcony. There were just 2 knee height boards. Staff has some sort of elevator/dumb waiter to transport luggage which we were thankful for. It’s a maze to find your room. Front desk staff are friendly.
