Worst Hotel in Texas

This is an extremely dirty hotel. The walls, floors, and ceiling were all dirty. I found hair in my bed, on the pillows, and in the shower. Decorative pillow was reused! The pool was green and had algae growing in the pool; the outside was not properly taken care of. Headphones and dust bunnies behind the bed. The microwave was not cleaned and mirror was not wiped.

Good Hotel

Good brand new Fairfield. We stayed here while visiting San Antonio. The Wifi was good, pool was nice, breakfast was good with a large area. Staff was friendly. Workout room looked nice. Rooms were actually pretty spacious for the price. Would stay again.

No water & filthy gym

The staff are very friendly here, however I was quite disappointed that when I went to work out in the gym there were no sanitation wipes for the equipment. Equipment was filthy. In addition, there was no water in the dispenser at the gym nor outside at the fountain. When I mentioned it to the employee up front- they said they’d been telling their manager of those exact issues but no resolution.

Air conditioner compressor on the roof above my room is broken and really noisy. I know what’s causing the noise because when I called the front desk, they already knew there was a problem. But they rented me the room anyway...and they don’t have any other rooms...

Clean and comfortable

This Fairfield is a gem. The property is clean, and inviting. There is an outdoor pool and free breakfast. Staff is friendly and willing to accommodate. There is a restaurant and bar within walking distance.
