Always a fantastic stay, room cleanliness was great. breakfast is always perfect with lots to choose from. Hotel staff is kind and very concerned with your stay . The view from the balcony is spectacular!
Excellent stopover
We stayed one night en route from the ferry at Roscoff to Saintes. Rooms were very clean with a nice bathroom and balcony. Easy free parking nearby on a Sunday evening into Monday morning Probably would be more difficult on a market day. Breakfast was very good and staff most attentive and helpful. Lady on reception the evening we arrived was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely recommend as a quiet, clean hotel in a lovely area.
Extremely noisy, worst room design ever!
5mm gaps in window seals, so awoken at 06:30 by the refuse collections, and then every delivery service in Pornichet. Nothing in the room is in the correct place, glass wall to bathroom, no extra pillows, only two PAPER cups and not even tea/coffee facilities. No safe. The aircon bangs and clatters so it was unusable - the condensate drain pump ran every minute to wake us. Hotel shows parking but it is very limited and we were not so lucky. The whole town is a tow-away zone, so if you park wrongly you WILL get towed. There are warnings everywhere and even in the rooms. So you may have a very long walk or possibly unable to use the hotel at all - regard this carefully! The room design is so dysfunctional it's had to believe this is rated 3* Maybe in France, but in UK or Germany this would not make even one star. Best avoided - lots of choice in Pornichet and we will not be returning here.
Consistent Quality Hotel in a great location
I've stayed here several times over the last decade and the standards on each visit are quality and consistent. The rooms are apart-hotel style and large and really well designed for a value offering. Our room also had an attractive balcony. In a time when we are encouraged to use stairs instead of lifts, a test of a good well managed hotel is simply the stairs which in Pornichet are really clean bright environments and compliment the ample two lifts which are equally well maintained.
great location and value with friendly staff
This hotel have everything you could expect for a mid range business hotel and at good value for money. Plus the location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.
