We absolutely loved our time at Pacific Lagoon Apartments. Tranquil, lush, peaceful with plenty of space. The apartments are nicely spread out so it feels quite private. Having a kitchen was a bonus so we could have breakfast at 'home' (eating out in Vanuatu is not cheap!). All of the staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. Most especially Chris, who I cannot thank enough for all the assistance and advice he gave us on our trip.

We loved our stay. The manager Chris helped us organising a few tours to explore Efate. It made our stay truely memorable. Our kids loved the kayaks and the pool. The gardens very meticulously maintained and the apartments too. No questions was too much for Chris and when our flight got changed to a later departure date, he helped us again. Thank you Chris for everything that you were doing for us, you made us feel very welcome and at home!

first Visit since November 2019. Booked a lagoon front Vila. It was just like returning home. Great to see Chris and Lily are still there and the place is running as good as ever. Villas are great, clean, well maintained. Staff are just lovely, helpful, friendly. Always a pleasure to return to PLA. Hopefully will be back in A;ril, all going to plan.

Spacious Waterfront Apartment in Pleasant Garden Setting

We were extremely comfortable in this spacious apartment on the water's edge at Erakor Lagoon. It was lovely to watch the changes with the movement of the tides and we were amazed by the many beautifully coloured sea stars we observed in the shallows at low tide. Staff members were friendly and very obliging, particularly Chris, the manager, who couldn't have been more helpful. We greatly appreciated his recommendations and many conversations about Vanuatu. The kitchen was equipped with a gas stove (with griller and oven) and a microwave and all that we needed to prepare our meals, including a large pot for cooking pasta. Although the apartments are located a little way out of town, there is easy access to the market, supermarkets and restaurants. We never waited more than 5 minutes for one of the local mini buses that will drop you anywhere you choose for a very reasonable 150 vatu per person. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

I spend a weekend in this apartment with my family. The apartment is so nice with a crystal view out from your window to the beautiful ocean outdoor. Definitely a "must" for a family gate away. The sound of the ocean every night to fall asleep to as it's literally 3 meters away from your doorstep. Chris is very kind, very friendly and humble person to meet. His kids gets along with our kids and have the pool for themselves, and the beautiful nature is mind blowing. A perfect garden for photography with your loved ones. Pacific lagoon is paradise and whether you are single, parents or young family, guarantee that you will never regret to pay a visit. I recommend fully to go back there again with my family.
