This location is undergoing major renovation. If I had known I would not have chosen it. The hotel is too close to the toll road. Listened to traffic all night long. Strange smell in room and it looks like they painted over some issues they should have addressed

Conveniently located to Indiana toll way. Easy on and easy off. It is currently under some renovation but the room we were in was clean tidy and comfortable. It is a older hotel but reasonably priced. Breakfast is included not a lot of variety but sufficient to fill the belly.

This Quality Inn is in the process of some major renovations. Our room was newly renovated, very clean, had large absorbent towels, a great shower and a huge bathroom counter. The breakfast area has been renovated and was very nice and new. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. Check in and check out was fast and efficient.

Paid for room… went for dinner… returned to room and left hotel. Room was dirty, evidence of bedbugs… don’t stay here!!!! The room smelt of smoke… was dirty and staff did not care. I have stayed in many Quality Suit establishments… this one was terrible

Yuck!

I think this place is gross. But it's only fair to say that they are in the middle of renovations. Half of the bottom floor is roped off as they are renovating rooms. I hope this motel can become appealing with renovations. But as is, it's nowhere near quality. It's a stinky motel. The stairs going to the upstairs rock a bit and they were very dirty. There are water stains on the ceiling of the rooms. My sister had a downstairs room and her room had water stains on the ceiling as well. The paint job in the rooms is rough. The bathroom needs updating. The door lock was broken. I want to cut them slack since they are under renovation but they should keep the parts that are not currently under renovation cleaner and fresher. I booked this motel in advance. I was unpleasantly surprised when I showed up. My sister questioned why I booked this place. I payed $117. My sister was charged much less. They told me that mine was higher because I was charged the current going rate when I booked. They should have adjusted my price to be the same as my sister's!!! This stop was part of a two week road trip. This was the absolute worst stay of my trip. The price should definitely be adjusted for the quality of the rooms. It's worth mentioning that when I was eating breakfast the front desk lady asked me if I was checking out and asked what room I was staying in. I felt like she wanted to know if I just walked into the motel to eat. She asked me three times if I was leaving. The breakfast was the least impressive breakfast I had on the road. I could see the room where the cooking happened. The grill was disgusting. This motel doesn't feel safe. It's in a bad area. The side parking lots are pitch black. Few people were staying there. I wasn't comfortable. Early in the morning, very loud screaming and fighting was coming from one of the rooms. The fighting could be heard in the lobby. The staff didn't seem to care.
